^ This

I couldn't find decent end labels, so I took scans of the boxart and cropped them to fit exactly how I measured them. Couldn't use anything online since all the dimensions were wrong. But thanks for posting these links. I'm gonna have some fun reading those instruction manuals!

Hey you might want to add Emuparadise to that list, since they have N64 guides. Tomtensfarfar found that Emuparadise has guides.

That is some find, BUT N64 Forever rules says we cannot provide links to sites with ROMs. >_< Otherwise, I'd be all over that, Metrep!

Yeah I forgot about that, since I was just noticing the guides. I never download ROMs from this site, since I'm pretty sure that they have some Malware, so I'm editing the previous post, as the guides might have viruses too.

On the Cover Project site, you can also download replacement cart labels. I think my first project was a success:

A functional but aesthetically challenged copy of Conker's BFD purchased at a nice discount:

Same cart with shiny new label:

Accomplished with an ink jet printer, plain paper, postal tape and permanent two-way tape.

Original posted now amended to include front cart labels.

I've never encountered anything malicious on that site, but that was back in 2006 when I used to go there, so things could have easily changed.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

I'm gonna have to try that label replacement procedure you got there. Some of my carts have a horizontal line about one centimeter in height and full label length missing from the middle of the label. It's disgusting that people would do this to their games. What's worse is when people write on them. Ya know, I've never seen someone write on the bottom of their discs (Family Video does, but on the top obviously).

That label looks great! I made some N64 labels to go on the top of the cartridges, but I realized that I have no color ink, so I have not tried making any labels yet.

This is HEAVILY discussed on Nintendoage, but the replacement labels for the games should really have some sort of text stating its a reproduction label. People use them to fake games and rip people off. Not saying that anyone here would do that, but if the game ever ends up in the wrong hands, its easy for someone to pass it off as real. Its more common on NES and SNES games, but I have already seen a couple N64 games including Conkers with fake labels being passed off as real on Ebay.

Yes, by no means should anyone use any of the referenced sites for anything other than the enhancement of their own personal collections.

I took a spin by The Cover Project today and was thrilled to see a new trove of NES covers. There are a few that were not posted before and this new batch (of 700+) is positively gorgeous. My poor inkjet . . . .
