Yeah I'm beginning to see shirts like this in most general stores too, walking by the men's department in Target they have this shirt on display at the front:

Pretty cool, also it amazes me that there's an official Scarface Mario shirt, I'm not quite sure if that means he rules the video game world and does piles of cocaine, but let's hope so... lol

(*) for our non-European readers: C & A aka Cheap & Awful is not really trendy but a rather boring and family oriented clothing store.

C&A in the UK closed down years ago! I had no idea they were still going in other countries!
I liked that 'Get a Life' one too but I must admit I'm more into the promo t-shirts, the sort of stuff you cant get in the shops!

FYI, C & A was and is a Dutch retail chain, founded last century by Cornelius and Anton Brenninkmeijer. They're still going strong-ish here and in some other countries like Germany.

Snagged a Super Mario 64 promo hat for only 12 bucks free expedited shipping, only reason is because the guy had it labeled as just "Mario Hat". So in over 900 listings of club nintendo mario hats and cheap Chinese mario costume hats that are currenty on eBay, I managed to stumble upon this auction and win as the only bidder. Pure dumb luck. After some messaging the guy said it was a free giveaway at a Super Mario 64 stall back at E3 1996. I've tried searching it online but I can't find anything about it, if anybody has any info just let me know, thanks. Made by "ACME Merchandising". Love the hat, great quality material, and fits really well. Put the cap on my stuffed penguin again because its head is perfectly sized, lol. Here it is:

That is one damn amazing room.
I suppose I had a decent room when i was 12, over 100 posters (filled every available wall space) then I had to take them down when we moved and that was that.

I really want one of those 3D N logo shirts.

OMG, cardboard cut-out Joanna! :o 8)

EDIT: What can I find....

Nintendo beanbag:

Not mine, but its a photo of Ganondorf...

DK. He used to come with us everywhere and we would take pics of him in obscure places.
Unfortunatley, I dont know where some of the older pics are or a decent close up.
We added chains and a leather jacket to him.

Cap from Nintendo's "Play it Loud" advertising campaign from the early 90's.
(The commercials where they were all up in your face, and the kids acted real hardcore about Nintendo, lol)

I used this giant stuffed penguin to model the hat because it just fits perfectly..

by far the best hat you have must have been quite lucky to come across one in such condition

This arrived today, in Mint condition too and looks unused!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/280793699550?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

I paid $5.98 shipped, and the postage showed as $5.89 when it arrived. Poor guy, he lost money when you account for fees. But I'll take an N64 fanny pack at that price anyday :)

Very nice. I almost got a N64 system tote bag a few weeks ago but forgot to check the auction at the end and lost by mere change.

World English Dictionary

fanny (ˈfænɪ)

— n , pl -nies

1.
taboo ( Brit ) the female genitals

2.
chiefly ( US ), ( Canadian ) the buttocks

usageDespite the theory that this word derives from the name `Fanny', its use in British English is still considered taboo by many people, and is likely to cause offence. In the US the word refers to the buttocks. Serious misunderstanding may therefore arise when what people in Britain know as a `bumbag' is referred to in the US as a `fanny pack'

Gave me a bit of a laugh this morning I must say. lol :P

i dunno... she doesnt appear to have a fanny pack :)

Meanwhile, ive bought another officially licensed Bioworld shirt. I really like this one... simple designs often work best.
(bonus points if you can name the vintage synth lurking in the bottom left corner of the picture)

Good to know. two C&As are not far from my home. I'll try to check them out on Monday.

A few months ago, they had DK- and Mario-shirts, but this Boo is even better.

This is my Legend of Zelda wallet. It's a little faded now because I use it every day, and it's made of cheap leather the breaks easily and can't close if there's more than $30 inside.

I have and use the same exact wallet!. Mines a little more worn than yours, I might actually have to switch it soon. The inside pocket where I keep my plastic cards is completely ripped though the back. I have a Sonic The Hedgehog wallet waiting to be used. lol
