Im glad there is the option to comment now as on the last one you couldn't.

It has to be euro and it HAS to be British - Aston Martin. There is no other car like it! 8)

It seems you've missed some real top car manufacturers. BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi, Ferrari, Lamborgini, Maserati, Jaguar, TVR, The list goes on...

Just remember buddy, not everyone is from the US on this forum. Most of the cars in the US are too big for our little roads here in the UK anyway

Anyway, my fav is a Noble:

That Noble only has a 2.0L engine. Yeah given its twin turbo but then the Lotus Elise is also only 1.8L.

4.5L plus I would consider as a gas guzzler. ;)

a 1.8l could be a gaz guzzler with a 3000kg car. the first model of mazda3 2004-2009 were gaz guzzler for their little 2.0/2.3l engine. they were as bad as my 4.0l Grand Caravan, which is a gas guzzler if you hit it hard everytime.

Your right, but having a small engine for a big car is just plain stupid. However, the car I choose weighs in about 1000kg lol Not to mention the Lotus which is a minor 725kg :o

Since I've always loved all things Japanese I tend to favor Honda. I'm really impressed with the quality of my 2007 Honda Civic coupe and the thing gets incredible gas mileage. If I was wealthier I'd probably add an Acura NSX to my stable because I've heard those babies are amazingly fast. Honda gets a great amount of horsepower out of its all aluminum 24 valve V6 and since the car is so light it has the power-to-weight ratio of a V12 Ferrari.

an NSX will never follow a Ferrari. the low end torque of the Ferrari will crush it. all honda power are High rev because of their smaller engine. gas for gas, you'll get better mileage in the NSX, but at this price range, sorry, but you dont give a s**t about gas !

Not all Ferrari's are created equal as a Testarossa is a dog compared to an F40, F50 or the magnificent 458 Italia.

Regardless, I love Honda engines so much that even my lawnmower has one in it.

Honda all the way.

My first car was an 88 Ford Escort (biggest POS ever). My first REAL car was a 91 Accord. I currently own my 11th and 12th Civic, which are both 2000 EXs, and I'm on my second scooter which is an 1986 Honda Spree (first one was a 1984 Honda Aero125).

All of these vehicles have been near perfect, and I regret selling almost all of them.

If I ever willingly choose a car other than Honda, it will be Toyota.

Yeah, I just have a problem with always wanting something else.

That's why 99% of the time, I regret selling them. I haven't really had any major problems other than routine check-ups either.

The Fords that I have owned took more money to fix, than I was making, so I junked them. I have had a few Chevys, and they weren't much better.

yeah i get your point, tough, my 1989 Ford Crown Victoria LTD never had problems until i crashed it in a post 'cause i was sleeping. ended up selling it. after that i got Toyota Corolla only, a 1977 TE31 4 doors automatic that i recently sold because i needed cash, had it for 9 years. a 1993 AE102 manual, a 2008 CE special edition, but now im running a Dodge Grand Caravan 2010 for family use. runs smooth and goes very well. have it since a year, already at 30k kms.

I've had a Ford for as long as I can remember. Escort, Sierra, Focus and I never had any major issues with any of them. My current car is a Ford Focus Titanium. Bought brand new and now about 18 months old. It's only been in the garage twice, and that is for servicing! No problems with Ford here. :D

My favorite all-around car is The Mercedes-Benz CL600

Used to Mercedes-Benz was my favorite without any competition, but now I'm more impressed with Audi's smooth design which is also seen in VW's new Passat. And then of course there's the Bentley Continental GT which is beautifully designed as well.

At the moment I have a 2006 Honda Accord Coupe and I barely drive it enough to justify having it!
