Senior Member Posts: 258 Group: Senior Members Member #500 Joined: May 5, 2011	Ok so when they had the black friday sales I ordered 2 games and I was charged for them and after 2 weeks they say I wont be getting them and that they'll issue a refund. I didnt have a big problem but I did order one of the games on ebay with the thoughts of using the BB money. Well now I get an email that i'm getting a E-gift card for the purchases??? So am I getting my refund AND the E-gift card or am I just get the GC cause if so thats BS! Does anyone have any knowledge of this? O and I think when I ordered it they over charged me somehow but i'm not even gonna try and fix that (its like $3).

Senior Member Posts: 258 Group: Senior Members Member #500 Joined: May 5, 2011	Just a little update Best Buy took they're sweet @&$ time contacting me and all they said was to give them my order numbers so "they can verify that I wasnt charged". Funny thing is that I NEVER received the refunds from them AND the charge still shows on my account. I got my bank account statement and highlighted the charges so I guess if I dont hear anything by monday then i'm going to my bank and fixing it that way. Ebay FTW
