I need everyones advice on an ebay sale

Ok so I put my extra copy of Goldeneye up on ebay and some just hit thw BIN and has payed for iit. Problem is they have no feedback. Should i send it out or what?

if they pay, send it out. if they dont pay, wait 4 days, then open a non payment dispute.

If they open a dispute and there's no tracking number, you lose. Ebay does no background checks for new users and does NOTHING to reprimand thieves, even after the thief is reported by sellers. Believe me, I've just been through this and the scammer, cbfd64 (formerly kbad5004) is still registered scamming every day despite at least 3 users reporting his shenanigans. Ebay does nothing. Ebay does not care about sellers, and the scammers know they can have free reign. It's sad but true.

Well I did track it and it made it there and no disputes been made so thats good. I was just kinda nervous and figured i'd get some advice lol.
