Brain Trainer I'm sure is an excellent way to keep sharp, but a long life is also attributed to genetics and one's diet more importantly. If I ever get to the point where I can't even watch TV, let alone Nintendo, I'm just going to call it quits. lol. There's no quality of life if you can't get up off a chair, or see a television set well, I feel if you lose those two abilities there's nothing really left to experience. Good for her I don't think I'll make it past 80! ha.

The secret to a long life is acting young. This old lady has the right idea.

Another example is Angus Young of AC/DC. He's a lifelong chain smoker, but at 55, he can still do this for two hours straight every other day, IMO because he does stuff like that for two hours straight every other day!
