Just to pick a fight I cannot possibly win with a TRUE expert, how can the ANA count if it was not available at retail? I hear you on the Comboy and think the Playtronic deserves higher consideration for #18 over the ANA because if the Hello Mac has taught us anything, it's that stickers count. :D

I'm not sure if this is what you mean... there was a "super cheap" built last revision of the N64 with mainboard rev NUS-CPU-09-01. As far as I know these were only only used in the last release of the US gold consoles. They also featured a cheaper heat sink design with a deep-drawn aluminium sheet cooler instead of the aluminum blocks under the sheet and a clear green "cartridge bay":

The console shell itself was the standard beige/ gold painted..
