^ Topic.

I just ordered Rayman 2: The Great Escape and Shadow Man off of eBay. I owned Shadow Man before and traded it in way back in the day, but I've never owned Rayman 2.

Yeah, Jet Force Gemini is AWESOME! It has one of the best soundtracks, too. After you get it, if you dig the music you can download it all legit at Rare's website for free.

Some other good games are:

Star Wars: Battle For Naboo - it's made by the same people who made Rogue Squadron.
Star Wars: Episode 1: Racer is good, too.
Command & Conquer - if you liked Starcraft you should like C&C.
Space Station Silicon Valley - it's a quirky puzzle/platform-ish type game. Hard to explain but it has a GREAT sense of humor and is lots of fun. It always puts a smile on my face when I play it. I'd highly recommend this game.
Shadow Man is a great adventure game.
Resident Evil 2 (unless you've played RE4).
Mission Impossible - it's a fun game, sort of a mix between Splinter Cell and GoldenEye.
Body Harvest is good, too.
The World Is Not Enough - VERY similar to GoldenEye, and almost as good. EA's best 007 game for sure.

If I think of anything else I'll let you know.

Ebay is gonna murder my wallet in the next few months.

At least you'll get a ton of solid entertainment from some of the best games ever made!

It's not a pitiful collection. You've got two great games there! If you only owned Superman 64 and Tigger's Honey Hunt, then it would be pitiful! :D

What other games are you thinking of getting?

Doom 64 :P.

How is it?? I owned it back in the day and was thinking of getting it again, but I can't remember if it was good or just so-so.

Now that I have a job, I'll be adding to that collection quite often :D

Yeah, it's the ultimate catch-22 though (when you get a full-time job, anyways). It's like before you had lots of time for games but not enough money to get all of the ones you want, and then you finally have the money to get all the games you want but don't have the time (or the energy) to play 'em all. :(

Yeah, it sucks sometimes. Nowadays I almost always go for the buy-it-now items to avoid the frustration. Check out the eBay stores, where sellers have items up indefinately and are usually buy-it-now.

And Factory sealed:

Revolt
Turok 3
Shadow man

does anyone know the value of factory sealed N64 games ?

I don't know about Revolt and Turok 3, but I got a factory-sealed copy of Shadow Man off of eBay a few months ago for $10 plus shipping.

I've not played much Hexen.  Should I give it another chance? I'm ashamed to say that I got bored when I'd played for about thirty minutes without finding a gun.  I don't even know if it has guns...

It's been years since I've played it, but I remember enjoying it lots way back in the N64's day. Yeah, you could give it another chance and let us know what you think of it!

And guns? No, but there were magic spells that you could fire at enemies. And some weapons, like the axe, could fire stuff. :)

I feel really stupid because I sold my N64 (which to this day I think is the best console I have ever had) thinking that it was phased out and replaced it with a lousy Dreamcast...

Are you going to get another one? Most of the games are dirt cheap now, too. And you can always put requests for games in our Buy/Sell/Trade forum and see if any members can help you out.
