I bought a Hori Gamecube controller in black, however from what I can tell the box is completely in English. I thought these were a Japan exclusive, and every box I can find a picture of online is in Japanese so I'm a little curious if they were released anywhere else.. Anybody have any info? Thanks.

That is really cool looking. I've never seen one before, although I guess I have seen the Hori name here on the forum before.

Although it's not in the greatest condition, I had to buy it because it's in English, ha. From the game boy player wiki article, only Japan is referenced, "Japanese hardware manufacturer Hori created for the Japanese market a special digital-only controller designed for use with the Game Boy Player." So I'm curious if there's also been a PAL release or the rarity of this NA one. Anyway the controller is excellent, feels just like the SNES. The buttons have a satisfying click to them, and the overall design is durable and fits well into your hands. Highly recommended if you have a game boy player! Planning to do a review on it in the future, the experience of the GBA shifts into a continuation of the SNES.
