I bought some incredible minty games from a dude and I asked him how he did it.

-never expose the boxes to light sun
-protect the boxes from the dust (protector boxes are usefull but keeping the games in glass is much better)
-you can seal the boxes (or use common cellophane) to protect them from humidity
-better if you use wooden shelves so they keep humidity.

-Put them in protector cases.
-Take some HD pics so you don't have to keep them every time you have to look or check something on the box.
-Keep the games packaged in bubble wrap in a box bubble wrap clad too (No64DD advise to protect from hot and humidity).
