As requested in this thread, here's a list of all 388 different Nintendo 64 games that were released throughout the world, including all the known alternative titles.

Of the 388 total games; 296 were released in North America, Europe & Australia (PAL) got a combined total of 242 releases and Japan saw the fewest games with only 196 releases.

This list has been broken down by those regions so you can easily find out which games were released where. It also doubles as quick reference guide for regional exclusives and can be narrowed down to show only games that were released in a specific region. For example, if you only want to know which games were released in the USA simply use the spoilers tags to hide the releases that don't include North America.
tip: open the spoiler tags from the bottom up

Japanese exclusives (85 games)

PAL exclusives (4 games)

Japan and PAL only (3 games)

North American exclusives (50 games)

Japan and North America only (11 games)

PAL and North America only (138 games)

Japan, PAL and North America games (97 games)
