Indigo/clear Gamecube Controller; What's it worth? Is it rare?

Hi, can someone tell me a bit about the Indigo/clear Gamecube Controller? Wikipedia only delivers:

Other standard colors sold separately included "Indigo/Clear" (Indigo top with a clear translucent bottom), and "Emerald Blue" (Turquoise) which was only available in Japan.

Am I right when I guess that the Japan-part of the sentence only refers to the Emerald controller and not the the indigo/clear? Where was it released? Is it worth a bit more than the usual indigo controller?

the indigo/clear controller was certainly released in Europe (ive got two).
The colour combination doesnt really work and IMHO they should have made it an all clear model instead.
You dont see them that often so i guess they are (slightly) more valuable than a bog-standard indigo or black controller

nothing weird really... the indigo/clear controller is not "rare", only (far?) less common than the indigo and black controllers.
