Knights of the Nine is okay, although it's pretty tough going and Shivering Isles is 100x more interesting. If you've got your 360 online then send me a friend request, gamertag is alxbly. :)

Recently I've been playing a whole lot of games:

Crackdown 2
Red Dead Redemption
Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing
Doom 2
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2
Darksiders
Mirrors Edge
Mini Ninjas
Transformers War For Cybertron

Crackdown 2 has been taking up most of my play time recently. :)

I'd love to but unfortunately I do not have Xbox Live. :( :( :(
I had Xbox Live for like a couple of months 4 years ago but my parents decided that Xbox Live was a waste of money because the only online game I was playing at that time was Halo 2 so they cancelled our Gold subscription. :(
My brother getting free online on his PS3 with PSN probably isn't helping either. :-/

Which is why nowadays when I find a good 360 game that has online and has a PC port, I would buy the PC version just to play online.
I have both the xbox/360 and PC versions of Halo 1&2, Dragon Age, Mass Effect 1&2, L4D 1&2, and some other games that I can't recall off the top of my head.
I already have War For Cybertron on my 360 and it's really fun so I'm planning on buying the PC version soon.
Also, I wonder if Halo 3 is ever gonna come out on PC... I assumed they(Microsoft) were gonna release it as a Windows 7 launch title just like what they did with Halo 2 and Vista but apparently they decided not to...

Errr... wouldn't it be cheaper to just pay for Live rather than buy two copies of games? MS are running some good deals on the 360 dash just now. I got a month for £1 and 3 months for £7.50. Normal year price in the UK is £39.99 but various online retailers sell the scratchcards for less (Amazon were selling a year for £29.99).

True that, I need to get on that. I'll probably spend the little free time I have left with college on Civ V.

As for games I've been playing, I haven't been playing much recently. A lot to do before I leave for college, etc.

Gran Turismo 4 (PS2) (Great game, especially with the steering wheel)
~Quest 64 (N64) (I popped it in to test out my N64 and ended up playing it. I hadn't played it in at least a year and I was only an hour away from the ending  went ahead and finished that)
~COD: Modern Warfare 2 (360) Used to play this mainly, but haven't gotten around to it lately.

Well thats ok. It wont matter if you have x-box when all the gaming companys will apparnlty make you pay for online play in their indivtual games e.g. you will to pay separate if you want to play call of duty online then halo.

Microsoft will not be realsing reach in the near future. Because with reach coming out Halo on PC would sell horribly. Halo 2 came out a little before halo 3 did and i'm not saying it sold horribly but it didn't sell to Bungie's expectations.

FoxC true true that!

Yeah I know but when I buy the PC versions of a game, I just don't tell my parents and they don't know because they think it's just a free game I downloaded online so they won't scold me for wasting money.
If I buy an Xbox Live subscription however, I would have to connect my Xbox to my router with that long cable and my parents would obviously notice that and they'll scold me for buying Live again...
And buying the wireless adapter for my 360 is out of the question too because my parents would notice that too. :-/
Anyway, no matter how cheap Live is, my parents won't allow me to buy it. The only time they would possibly let me buy it is during a school break that is 1 month long or more but over here in Singapore, school breaks are almost always less than one month...

Still playing mainly Uncharted 2 multiplayer. My GAWD it's just too much fun. On the few occasions that a different disc is spinning, it's usually either Modnation Racers or Super Street Fighter IV. Still itching to go back and 1000/1000 Alan Wake, which I'd easily recommend to whomever enjoyed Dead Space and/or Heavy Rain.
Now Playing: Clash Royale (mobile), Gravity Rush 2, Rayman Legends, Project CARS, Uncharted 4 Survival Mode ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I'd say try 2004. 2004 was my first. I would say just get UT3, but if you did, you might not like the others as much. They're all great but the mechanics are really what make UT3 what it is in my opinion. Then again though, alot of people seem to like 2004 better than 3.

What's wrong with Maple Story? I heard it was decent... and like, pretty big in Korea. (?)

I've been playing a good bit of Super Street Fighter IV these days. Great game... but I'm definitely getting eclipsed by players online. People are just too good now!! That, and the trials are inSANE hard (again... just like in SF4) >_< Afraid this might be my last fighting game I play (or at least, play "seriously") because I've found that I like my competitive multiplayer to be team-based (thanks, Uncharted 2) rather than strictly one-on-one. Sure there's the team battle option... but you're still doing one-on-one fights.

Next up... Demon's Souls!!

^That's inTENSE!!! I've always heard about Steel Battalion being one of the coolest games if you really get into it... I guess it didn't fare too well at retail because of the huge (financial) commitment. Wasn't it like $200 for the controller? Shame it was only made for one game.

I guess the latest rumblings are that the next Steel Battalion game is due to release for Kinect... no additional controller to buy!! (VERY curious as to how it'll work...)

Trying to 100% Bully on my 360 now and I'm planning on playing Halo 2 Vista again after I'm done with Bully.
Quick question: Does anyone know if I can sign in with my Xbox Live profile on Windows Live games and gain achievements? I played through Halo 2 Vista 3 times over the past few years and I didn't even know that there were achievements till I checked GameFAQs just now.
Also, Mega Man Legends 3 was announced on the 3DS 2 days ago! I'll be playing through Mega Man 64 and Mega Man Legends 2 again soon. (and maybe the Misadventures of Tron Bonne if I manage to find a psp iso for that game)

Off Topic: Darn it Spikie even your girlfriend has a higher gamerscore than me. I am too ashamed to call myself a Gamer 4 Life. ;_;
BTW, that white N64 in your avatar would look heavenly on my Doctor V64. :o

Recent games that I've played myself are:

Mario Kart: Was a new cartridge so I erased the data and had to take care of all the unlockables and get Gold on all the tracks.

Mario 64: It has been YEARS (probably since the very first year the N64 came out!) since I played this game. Spent a decent number of hours picking up all 120 stars. Let me tell ya, getting 100 coins on Rainbow Ride is a pain in the ass!

Goldeneye: Finished all the levels on 00 Agent, but unlocking those damn cheats and speed runs are frustrating as hell. This was also a new cartridge, and back when this game first came out, I did manage to unlock everything on the game. But this time around, I'm only about 75% through the speed runs - those damn 00 Agent level runs are just insane and takes a good amount of luck.

StarFox 64: Always loved this game. Another new cartridge so I'm in the process of getting a medal on every level (fricking Zoness, Aquas, and Sector Z are annoying). I don't think I've ever gotten medals on all levels once Expert Mode is unlocked, just haven't put in the time to master it. But know this: I can/will kick your butt in Vs. Mode in dogfights >:-]
