Floorcat, absolutely my friend. I'm guessing you only have about 6,000 games waiting in line before Red Dead?
:w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:
... and...
yeah... it may not be 6000, but it feels like it, at the rate I go...

Just started CoD: Black Ops. Single-player is pretty fun so far. Definitely better than Medal of Honor. :)

Almost come to a complete stop as far as PC gaming goes while I go through the N64 games. But I have the GoTY edition of Borderlands ready and I've been trying to get Hellbender working. Old windows games can be a real pain sometimes. DOS games are so much easier since DOSBox. Might have to get one of my old computers from the loft for this one.

Nice one, I'll be getting that in a few days. :)

Fallout New Vegas has eaten up most of my gaming time but I did get a chance to try out some of my more recently bought games; The Saboteur, Split/Second, Battlefield Bad Company, Batman Arkham Asylum, Blur and Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare. All of them are pretty good.

Just started on The Force Unleashed: Sith Edition today. Playing through it again so I can remember what happened in the story before I proceed with TFU2.

Also, I just ordered a copy of Borderlands: GOTY Edition because I was getting tired of having to borrow the game from my friend and since it comes with all 4 DLCs I figured it was worth the $45. ;)

On a side note, it looks like I'm gonna be getting my Xbox Wireless Adapter soon because a store near me is having it at 30% off with a free 3 months Xbox Live Gold subscription so if anyone wants to play Halo 3 ODST, Borderlands, or WWE SvR'11 with me just let me know. I can play some other games too like Red Dead Redemption and Halo Reach but I'll have to borrow the games from my friends first. :)

I've been playing a lot of Star Ocean The Last Hope on my ps3. I've never played rpg's much in my life (and I don't count the N64 zelda games as rpgs really) But this one really is growing on me. The story is fantastic and the game play is pretty simplified. I like that since rpgs always looked so hard to understand to me. This is like the perfect game for me! Also been playing a lot of pokemon snap again for the N64. Haha. Such an addicting game. Always wanting to get a better picture than before ;D

Splitting my gaming time with some Alan Wake on the 360, Uncharted 2 for the PS3 (yeah I know I'm about a year late to the party with this one, awesome game though!), and also playing a few oldies like Blackthorne for the Sega 32X (one of the few decent games on that system) and Deep Fear (a very good Resi Evil type clone) on the Sega Saturn.

Alan Wake is GREAT. I plan on going back into it sometime to play the nightmare difficulty, if at least to see all the missing book pages. And Uncharted 2... YES. Are you playing the multiplayer at all?? (If so, let me know!) I've literally sunken a few hundred hours into just the multiplayer portion (*checks Naughty Dog's servers for an exact number*... 254h 23m 56s), and I can easily sink a few hundred more!!

I've been playing Demon's Souls. STILL. I think I'm about 220 hours invested. I. Love. This. Game.

HOWEVER... I've also been dinking around with Ivy the Kiwi? on both DS and Wii, and I've been having a pretty decently fun time with it! (If you want to know, get the DS version. Stylus control >>>> IR control.)

Games unwrapped (or soon to be) and soon-to-be-played:
GoldenEye 007 >_< >_< >_< *feels guilty*
The Sly Collection
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

Hi floorcat,
yeah I've also put the hours in with the multiplayer of Uncharted 2. The thing is I've been predominantly playing with the local gamers here in South Africa, though, and mainly in Johannesburg. I tried playing with overseas guys but my internet connection is dog sloooow. So if you want lag aplenty then I'm your man.

Might I ask... New Super Mario Brothers? I never played Super Mario 64 DS, but I just imagined it would've been more or less the same as that for the N64. NSMB was SUCH a blast though!! I swear I played just the bob-omb mini-game for literally DOZENS of hours!!!

Right now im about midway thru 007 goldeneye. Just going thru on agent and having an absolute blast..

I also just started jet force gemeni. I never had or even heard of this game back when i was younger. But i picked it up the other day for a couple bucks at a flea market because ive heard nothing but good things. Im glad i got it because even though i just started, i love it!

Conkers Bad Fur day is another game ive been playing with. Just messing around and playing war/raptors with my little brother.

Argh so pissed about Cars on the 360 now.
I 100% completed the game but I'm still missing the "Over Achiever" achievement coz it's glitched.
Apparently nobody has managed to get this achievement legitimately and the creators of the game went bust before they could fix it. >_<

I'm doing Dead Rising 2 right now. Rented it from GameFly. If anyone has it, we could try going for the achivements together. Should be pretty cool. One thing that I'm not looking forward to is saving 50 people :/

Shame you're playing it on the 360. :( Or rather... shame I'm playing it on the PS3. If I'd have known Capcom would be such Microsoft elitists, :nope: I'd have stuck with the 360 version.

Ah well... I've already bought Case Zero on XBLM, and will probably have to do the same for Case West, so I guess I'm not really at that much of a loss. >_>

well i have finally dusted off my old white Wii to start playing some of the games ive bought the past year or so...
just been too busy doin nothing to be bothered and i first had to install the latest homebrew hack and then the latest system update etc etc etc.
But now that Donkey Kong Country Returns has arrived i couldn't put it off any longer.

So ive been playing DKCR for a while and then some Monster Hunter Tri. the latter is much more complicated than i expected; it'll take some time to get into i think. it looks quite gourgeous for a Wii game though and i bought this one used for only 10 euro.

DKCR is every inch as good as (almost) all the reviews say. pure old-fashioned fun in a modern jacket with some very neat tricks up its sleeves. Just like the original series this one's easy to get into but quite difficult to master. Looks a treat, sounds terrific and plays very smoothly. A worthy successor to the SNES originals and further proof that Nintendo doesnt really need Rare anymore.

Still unplayed and waiting for me: Super Mario Galaxy 2, The Conduit, Sports Resort, Wii Fit, Animal Crossing, two Shaun White games, Mad World, Metroid Prime Corruption, Red Steel 2, Family Trainer and GoldenEye 007. I'll never catch up !

today i've been playing quite a bit of DKCR (finally made it past the first endboss fight) and made a start in The Conduit... quite a decent FPS for the Wii. Playing with a Nunchuck & wiiimote still takes some getting used to but im slowly getting there.

I'm pretty close to completing Dead Rising 2... trophy-wise. (Only one trophy away from platinum!!) And same with Demon's Souls!!!

Dead Rising 2: pretty fun as single-player... co-op definitely recommended!
Demon's Souls: without a doubt the greatest game I have ever played in my entire life

Also been playing a bit of 999 on the DS a little here & there... a pretty engrossing game so far... looking forward to getting a whole lot deeper into it. :w00t:
