Recently I've been been playing:

The Saboteur (360) - After finishing the main storyline I went on to finish the side missions and attain all the gold perks. I've not attempted all the targets yet... but since there's about 1,400 that may take some time! ^_^

Hitman Blood Money (360) - Another forum I visit are doing a replay, so this one shot back onto my playlist. I only ever completed the first level before so this more a "play" than a "replay". I'm enjoying it so far and think this will probably be my next completion.

Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories (PS2) - Just about to finish another level and bring myself closer to completion. As I mentioned in the GTA:LCS thread, it's the last time I'll probably spend any real time in GTA3 Liberty City so I'm taking it slow and savouring the experience. :)

Demons Souls (PS3) - alrighty, so I played the first bit, was doing well and didn't get killed at all. Then I met a big fat ogre thing, tried to run past it and it killed me with one hit. Since then I've been in a spirit form or something (??) and have had a few silly deaths playing through one level. It seems alright, a bit hack and slash... I think it's gonna be one of those games like Ninja Gaiden that everyone else seems to love but I never quite get the feel of... I'll play a bit more and see how it goes. :)

Which is quite tough when the game is being a total pain in the... :omg: ;)

The missions in this aren't close to GTA3's; there's a few that rely on luck and just replaying the level over and over and over, rather than actual skill. >_< Rockstar Leeds definitely took some shortcuts with this. :-/

But it sure was fun doing some of those odd jobs. The car salesman stands out almost as much as the Smash TV chicken suit one. I absolutely hated the one with Salvatore in the trunk though. That mission was the worst.

Haven't been playing so much as I've been BMX'ing ( :w00t: ) and watching movies these days... but when I do press buttons, it's usually to the tune of LittleBigPlanet 2 or Professor Layton (and the Diabolical Box). :)

Xbox 360: CTF in Call of Duty: Black Ops because I'm trying to get the final upgrade to the marathon perk.

Wii: Super Smash Bros. Brawl as I hadn't practiced my Donkey Kong in a while.

N64: F-Zero X just cuz the game is AWESOME.

Pokemon Black/White is one I still have to get. I just finished boosting Left 4 Dead 2, so now Xmen Arcade is on the list. Not sure what's after that.

Stik, do you how I could access the Saints Row 2 DLC missions after completing the main game? I've looked all around the map but I can't see any mission icons. I'm not sure if my Platinum 2-pack came with the DLC but considering that it has an achievement score of 1250(the extra 250 from the DLC), I'm guessing it does. If it doesn't have the DLC then that would be the nastiest surprise ever. :(

^old-school portable!! :w00t:

I bought a used Game Boy Advance SP the other day, and I gotta say, I LOVE the thing! It's my first Game Boy since... the original Game Boy I sold probably close to 20 years ago!! I don't know what it is that makes me so stoked about it... I mean, I've had a DS lite for years now and never had much interest in the GBA games I've purchased and (mostly haven't) played. But I'm definitely digging the simplicity or authenticity or something.

I bought one game with it (even though I had others)... Metroid: Zero Mission. It's seriously the first Metroid game I've ever played more than just a few minutes... and it's FUN. :w00t: :w00t:

Thanks to this game (and the GBA SP) I'm now eyeballing Fusion, and even Super Metroid...

... curious... I wonder if buying an original GameCube might have the same effect on my slew of neglected GameCube games...
Now Playing: Clash Royale (mobile), Gravity Rush 2, Rayman Legends, Project CARS, Uncharted 4 Survival Mode ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I'm almost certain that the special edition does not have it built in, but the additional 250 spots were added to the list due to an update upon first starting up the game.

When you install the DLC, you'll see two new Ultor mission strings. One by your safehouse, and one in the northern island (I think). You'll want to do them in for the main reason being that DLC1 is pretty lame, so washing its foul stench out with DLC2 is ideal so the game doesn't end on a foul note.

Thanks and I guess that confirms it. Mine didn't come with the DLC. :(

Dusted off the old Wii and played a bit of Call Of Duty - World At War.
First time i played it and i quite liked it, it is certainly a game i will play again.
This isnt really my type of game but I bought it cheap (it's on sale ATM) and took a gamble.

UPDATE
Played the first level of Sengoku Basara - Samurai Heroes, another bargain bin find. It's basically your typical button-basher with some strategy / management elements added but it is very nicely executed in Japanese anime style with impressive cutscenes and gourgeous graphics. Looks very pretty on my big screen TV!

picked up a rare Space Megaforce cartridge for the American SNES this weekend.
The japanese and PAL versions of this game are called Super Aleste and it is generally considered to be one of the best shoot 'm ups for the Super Nintendo with excellent graphics and an impressive framerate without any slowdown when the going gets tough. I've been playing it for a while on my American console and like it a lot. Nothing spectacular or refreshing about the gameplay but the game is very well executed and a pleasure to play. It's a rarity and i have the PAL version so i will probably sell this one on eBay when im done with it. If anyone here wants it, send me a PM

I've been replaying the Megaman X series. I beat X1 and X2 last week. So this week I think I'll play X4 since I've never played that one, even though I own Megaman X Collection, and whenever the 3DS eShop debuts this month I'll be playing the 3D Classics series and Megaman Legends 3 Prototype.

X4 is my favorite out of the entire X series!
Also, I can't wait for MML3 Prototype to be out too! Hopefully if it generates enough popularity, the developers will be motivated to finish developing the actual game more quickly! (without making it a mediocre rush job of course)

Today I downloaded the new Escalation map pack for Black Ops so I pretty much played that all day.

Also, since someone mentioned Wave Race 64 I played the Virtual Console version on the Hard difficulty level. Wow, sure looks pretty running in 480p!

Played a couple of gigs in DJ Hero for the first time and quite liked it. Its not as easy as it looks and features some great tracks (Daft Punk!) to mess around with. I'm a sucker for special controllers anyway and the DJ Hero 2 Controller Bundle was on sale. At the check-out i got an extra 10 euro discount plus a free copy of DJ Hero #1. So that's two games plus the turntable controller for only 30 euro. I think that's excellent value for money

Played a bit of Pocky & Rocky (SNES), a weird, cutesy shooter by Natsume that sorta looks like a JRPG. Serious gameplay though, not easy at all!
Also got the rare sequel but i like this one better. Shame i cant use the co-op mode, i suspect it's really a two-player game at heart.

After some more DJ Hero (which gets very difficult beyond the Easy level!) i decided to give Eledees a try. I picked up a slightly used copy for just 10 euro yesterday. And what a lovely game is is! Beneath the sugary presentation that is too clearly geared towards children lies a great game. Excellent graphics and sound, well presented. And it's just a lot of fun to discover those hidden Eledees and suck 'm up. If you see this one in the bargain bin of your local games emporium: buy it.

ok, a few days ago i found a game by the name of "Armagetron Advanced"
a tough, online multiplayer, 3D tron game, easy on bandwidth (nearly NOTHING), and very, very adictive.. your probably thinking tron is lame or doesnt sound fun and what not, but once you play it, your hooked. the game isnt about competition and victory or loss, sure its hard at times, but its so much fun weither you win or lose..
Check it out : http://www.armagetronad.net/

2MB download only :D
no updates, though few events each year or so..
loads of active players and servers
loads of game types to experiment on
change your ride color and trail and HUD and even the grid to the way it suits YOU
(though your ride and trail may change if your on a team match)

Edit: My Japanese Mario Kart 64 cartridge just arrived and not every track has a gold cup yet! ;)
