Been playing Modern Warfare 3 a lot in the evenings. I can honestly say I hate the game but I can't convince myself to pick up Black Ops 2 just yet. First Person Shooters are starting to feel stale to me but that seems to be one of the mostly strongly supported genres for on-line play so that's why I keep coming back. Ok so I don't completely hate MW3 but I absolutely despise the spawns which often place opponents right behind me. It's so predictable that I often place a claymore behind me to get an easy kill.  |

I played some Hitman: Absolution myself just last night. It was pretty fun but I'm not starting a serious playthrough just yet. I went into the first real level, The King of Chinatown, and just mowed down everybody, including frightened pedestrians.  And who says video games make people violent? I plugged one of my GameCubes up to my HDTV with the extremely rare component cable. I did this to test the difference between playing GC software this way or via my Wii which is also connected with component cables. I'll post up my impressions later. Having done this I originally decided to revisit Wave Race: Blue Storm but I quickly gave up on it because it lacks the brilliance of the masterpiece that is Wave Race 64. Instead I've now popped in Super Mario Strikers and I'm having a pretty good time with it. I'm not really a soccer fan but Strikers plays so much like Wayne Gretzky Hockey on the N64 that it seems immediately familiar. The challenge seems just right and the character models are simply gorgeous. |

Downloaded Planetside 2 for PC yesterday. I must say this game confuses me. It seems hard and there are so many buttons to memorize. Needless to say I didn't last long and gave it away pretty quickly. Oh well back to Hitman then

Glad to hear you're enjoying Hitman, Dee!!  I'm about 4 levels away from completing my 2nd (complete all challenges) playthrough... it's pretty crazy how many details the devs packed into the game that you'd totally miss unless you tried to do the challenges.

yeah I know, it's amazing how much you actually miss when you go through and complete a level. Im not even sure how far I am through the game. Still seems like there might be a few more levels, but it seems like I've played so many levels already. |

Been playing lots of Euro Truck Simulator 2, a bit of CS:GO, and trying out Chivalry: Medieval Warfare. Euro Truck Simulator 2 is so relaxing, I also love the ability to add your own live streams of radio stations so you can listen to them in live time while playing the game. |

I finally completed Mega Man 2 on the NES after my GF bought it for me for christmas. Only took me 20 yrs or so to beat it. I always get revenge

Big PS3 binge now that the console is hooked up. I've played Dragon's Dogma, inFamous, Shadow of the Colossus HD, LittleBigPlanet and TNA Impact today. Loving it!

Lego Racers on the PC was the first video game I ever played. I have the bid box retail versions of both Racers and Raiders somewhere in the attic. haha. Kudos to you sir. I'm playing Assassins Creed. Never played any of them before, quite liking it, a lot.

Resident Evil 6, quite disappointing. I remember when you had to find an item in the old games and you would spend hours looking for it. Now they have a marker showing you where to go, too much hand holding needs to be harder |

Ugh, I think there is a big difference between holding your hand and cutting it off, pummeling you with it, setting you on fire and spitting on your burnt corpse.
