F-Zero GX is amazing both graphically and in terms of gameplay. Which vehicle are you using, kartmaster? |

some gems i'm reliving after all these years: - final fantasy IX: the last classic FF, with an overworld and towns to visit. after FF IX, subsequent games offered less and less in terms of exploration and secrets, with FFXIII a low point. it's refreshing to play one of the "old" FF's again - castlevania lament of innocence: it has been years since i last felt such a sense of accomplishment when defeating a boss and clearing a level. it's the first time i'm playing this, and i've instantly felt in love with it. grab it while you still can! - medal of honor rising sun: i have never played this before due to the negative press. but today i enjoy it very much. the japanese towns are looking really authentic, and you can tell a lot of research went into creating the set pieces. the shooting feels very authentic. most importantly: no respawning enemies like in COD, and NO regenerating health. it has old fashioned health paks. these is also a sense of accomplishment with clearing a town of enemies. i do have to say, it is hard. |

Been playing through DKC:R before the release of Tropical Freeze and man is this difficult/long. I'm not sure if I like it as much as the originals as I felt the originals levels were paced a bit better but I'm enjoying it nonetheless. Also playing xenoblade and ff4 ds on the side. |

Making my way through my 2nd (or 3rd... technically) playthrough of Puppeteer. (The little extra periphery lists of things to do in this game are pretty extensive!!) Seriously, it's a great, family-friendly over-looked little title... shame it was sent to die, being released a week before GTAV.

hear hear! The best controller Nintendo ever built. Just imagine how much better the N64 would have been with a GC controller. BTW: i'm finally getting around to play Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. Still having a daily dose of Animal Crossing New Leaf as well but I no longer play that for hours & hours on end I've already put in 1000+ hours so i can take it a bit easy now Edited by Mk II, Jan 24 2014, 03:43 PM.

Just played Rust for about 40 minutes. What a fun game! I was about to starve to death and I don't know where I'll respawn but I don't care. I built a small wooden shelter and that is my home! I'll just have to find it...

Just got off of GTA Online after a few hours and before that I played GMod games on a YouTuber's Twitch live stream for about two hours. So much fun!

It only took me (literally!) about 3 years to finally get (in)to it, but I'm now playing Gran Turismo 5. Even (again, literally) dusted off my Logitech Driving Force GT wheel and everything. Talk about a racing simulator!! I'm almost afraid to use the steering wheel in conjunction with my Sony HMZ-T1 Personal 3D Viewer... my head might just explode from all the realism. ![]() And just to show the current wheel/controller setup...

Been playing Garry's Mod - Murder all morning. I play on the [Murder] Vertgaming.com server if anyone ever wants to play. I'll be playing all throughout the day as we got snow and my daughter and I are gaming it up; her on Minecraft and me on GMod.

Lately been playing alot of Tomb Raider, working on getting to level 60 online! I'm also slowly playing Outlast. I say slowly because it is quite terrifying, in the dark, alone with a 7.1 headest

Yeah I spent about 30 minutes with it yesterday. Quite a scary game. I think the suspense is the worst part. Walking around and nothing coming out, you get relaxed a bit thinking this ain't so bad, then BAM scares the crap out of you. I think I'll have a game today. Or better yet, make my mate play it tonight when he comes round. Where's the dr evil emoticon?

Currently playing Uncharted 2 - Among Thieves. About a 1/4 of the way through it and am loving it so far. Fantastic game!! I enjoyed the first one, but am really liking the second one. I really missed the boat with some of these PS3 exclusives. Glad that I bought a PS3 last year and have the opportunity to play these great games.

Dee 2 is easily the best of the three enjoy it. Well after I finished up Xenoblade I realized I've been on an RPG binge so I beat DKC:R and now starting up Bravely Default (back on the binge) enjoying it so far very early Final Fantasy like |

Glad you like it Dee! The first was really amazing (and imho ahead of its time) but the 2nd and 3rd games (MORE SO the 2nd) are excellent games that really defined the PS3 for me ![]() EDIT: My brother bought me a copy of Bravely Defeault, I'm about 9 hours in right now and I really, really love it. I wouldn't have played it if he didn't buy it for me so I'm really grateful. Some things never compare to having a sibling that cares!

You guys are making eager to play both Bravely Default AND the Uncharted games. But for now my new fixation is A Link Between Worlds. I'm playing it on my lunch break and whenever I can find free time but I might end up making more time for it as I am immediately pulled back in to the wonder of Hyrule and her people.

Really cut down on my Animal Crossing New Leaf addiction and devoting a lot more time to Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. Got up to world 7 and am now, with more experience and better skills, revisting the earlier levels to collect all the map pieces and KONG letters. Love it to bits, just as much fun and challenging as the orginal DKC SNES games. |

@Dee... The story in UC2 totally blew me away, and (despite my disinclination to re-play the story of games I've finished) I've been meaning to play the single player campaign on that one again! It was also the first game on the PS3 that I really sunk some serious time into the multiplayer... I think my in-game time on the multiplayer alone was approaching one month!! |

Loved the story mate. The whole time I was thinking this would be a great movie. On to Uncharted 3 now. With days off this shouldn't take me long to finish. Got through the 2nd quite fast. |

Playing a few games just now; Borderlands 2 - third play through on ultimate vault hunter mode. Also playing through the various dlc with a friend. Fable Anniversary - my most recent purchase. Have played and finished both Fable and Fable The Lost Chapters about eight or nine years ago, and it's nice to be back in Albion. GTA V - really must finish this. Think I'm close to the end, have really enjoyed it. Just need to find a bit more gaming time.

How does Fable Anniversary look? I played it years ago on my PC but not very far in and my computer wasn't great at the time so it chugged along. I'm very much wanting to get all of the Fable games now that the Anniversary edition is out. Yep, even Fable: The Journey. |

It looks quite good, Red. You can tell the character models are upscaled but it's not badly done. The story scenes in between gameplay look a bit low res on a HDTV, other than that it's fine. Plus... this is the best Fable so defo worth playing.

Just about to have a game of virtua tennis 4 on the Vita. Bought it second hand and only just worked out how to wipe the last person that played its data. Thought I might have been stuck there for a second playing with stats already on the card

Here lately its been all Garry's Mod and Rust and a little time this morning with Nether. Think I prefer Rust because you can build your own base and have some stake in things. So far, Nether is just leveling/gearing you character but there doesn't seem to be as much at stake. Still trying to get my mind around the concept of permadeath in these games. |

I have heard about it but since I've never played a proper Pokemon game I don't even think I'd know what to do. Its a very interesting idea, though.
