That kinda stinks, buddy... but as you say, at least you didn't pay much. I remember a few auctions way back when, when the seller didn't clearly indicate/show what condition the packaging was in, and it turns out it was all sorts of beat-up.  Anyways, I picked up a few games since the last time I posted pics in this thread... Essentially all current-gen, so perhaps not of any interest to anyone...  For the Nintendo systems:  PS3/360:  PS Vita/PSP:  (the game on the right is the JP-only Valkyria Chronicles 3: Extra Edition for PSP) And finally, some stragglers I either forgot to include in, or acquired since taking the previous pictures:

Picking that up tomorrow along with One piece unlimited adventure. Unforutnately one piece is disc only but I wanna try it out and $40 is reasonable. Is oregon trail really that rare or am i wasting my time buying it |

I have no idea... I'd never even heard of the Wii version of the game until you mentioned it in the other thread. My guess is that it's probably not very common, and (like ClayFighter: Sculptor's Cut) not very good either. (Rare and crappy games, I try to keep off my radar.)  |

it didnt have a cart holder in the box so when I got home I put on of the "replacements" i brought from Ebay in and it now looks much better, Its amazing how much those holders effect the look of the box. |

OUCH buddy nasty box but ahwell it could be worse! Atleast it only a common cheapy game  Here is what literally just come in the post!! Won it for just £4.50 in a bid and comes with Absolutely everything  its like 9.5/10 and here picture of box condition   Im very please with this condition

Got one piece unlimited adventure (disc only unfortunately) and oregon trail today. also got gta 5 poster for pre-ordering it and my club nintendo platinum posters. Quick question if anyone here has an oregon trail sealed, was it shrink wrapped or did it have a circular sticker closing the side of the case? It looks like gamestop took a used copy, put one of the stickers on it and charged me $5 for a new copy compared to a used one. Paid $20 for oregon and like $34 for one piece. |

Today I received 2 Atari 2600 lots in the mail- one of 25 and one of 4. Here's a nice picture of everything: I was quite happy with the 25 game lot, since it included instruction manuals for all game plus some of the original ads/catalogs that had come with them, neither of which had been clearly indicated in the description. Plus a nifty carrying case and a box for Adventure. (The 24 new games are in the case, the 5 outside are doubles):   I know what I'm going to do this weekend! |

Well yesterday i went to arcade legacy again and i bought beetles adventure racing and wave race 64 for 4 dollars each. ive had alot of fun with these games and now i have 16 games for the nintendo 64.  forever!

My pull from yesterday... -Regular console (expansion pack) -Jungle Green console (expansion pack) -Jungle Green controller (w/ console) -Atomic Purple controller (w/ console) -Pokemon US controller -Sealed Star Wars Episode 1 Racer -Super Mario 64 -Donkey Kong 64 -Blast Corps -San Francisco Rush -Space Station Silicon Valley -Mission Impossible I definitely overpaid on the Jungle Green console and Super Mario but, I had to have Mario! The console, I just thought was convenient and definitely cheaper than EBay + Shipping. Also, NO Sealed Conker's Bad Fur Day. Somebody came and swooped it up before my payday.

Wow, it took me several more months to pull off the equivalent of that... Good job!  I've recently added some more Atari 2600 games to my collection, Here's everything: Chairs from left to right: Console, cart shelf, joystick holder, kids controller/ paddle controllers/ carrying case. Table: Games are at the top, instructions under them if I have them. Carts on end in the bottom left are doubles, catalogs and inserts are on the bottom right.  A few more carts are on the way. The Atari is quite an addictive console to collect for, with all the label variations and whatnot. Plus most of the game are pretty cheap, which is nice. Everything filed (somewhat) more neatly: (doubles are in the carrying case)  As you can see I need to build myself another cart shelf... EDIT/UPDATE: On the way home from helping a relative out with something today I stopped at a pawn shop I hadn't been in before and picked up Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Goldeneye for $20 (they were asking $15 and $10 respectively). Unfortunately I won't be getting home til late tonight so I have to wait to play them. I don't have my camera on me but SSB Brawl looks great except for a small tear in the label, and Goldeneye looks alright but the label is a little worn. I think it was a pretty good deal though. I just received the Hitman Absolution Professional Edition for Christmas from a member and long time friend on this forum who wishes to not be named publicly. I had no idea it was coming, and was completely blown away. Such an extreme act of kindness really got to me Even though I won't say your name, you know who you are! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did, and a hearty Merry Christmas to you and yours. I can't believe I have Absolution now!  I thought I would have to wait months for a chance to afford it.

I bought Super Mario 64, Super Smash Bros, and Mario Kart 64 off ebay the other day. All Japanese versions. Mario Kart and Mario 64 both sold for $0.01! In total though with shipping I pad $18. They will probably be here sometime in January so I'll post pics then. |
