Interesting!! Thanks for the info Colt. @floorcat. I never got around to picking one up.I've had a standard Pro Controller from launch but not this design. I love the design and the nostalgic feeling that they give off. Was just interested in knowing how they fared against the Pro.

All those things outlined makes me more eager to pick one up sooner rather than later. I recently bought another black Pro Controller off eBay the other day Brand New for $35.

Once I get this one, I'll need to find some friends to play with me

This was the one that I was going to pick up. The buttons are different colours.

Man, that copy of yours looks mighty nice. And that copy of Echo Night Beyond, as well. I actually enjoyed the PS1 Echo Night game quite a bit and would love to get the sequel. As for the Dark Cloud 2 book, all I can say is that I'm glad I finally got one. They sure are a pricey beast to track down.

@buddy, only 2000 made. Really?? These are everywhere in game stores in electronic shops, department stores. I think if I went around to every shop just in my area, the number would total a couple of hundred. The Jb Hi Fi store near my work has about 10 of them sitting behind there counter.

Just picked up a copy of NBA Jam 2000 for $3.50 on ebay. Bargain :yeah:

Nicely done. Much better than the $35 I paid, but no one around here ever has any decent deals so I just stick to eBay.

EDIT: Wait, I got my game price mixed up with my guide price. I paid $23 for the guide, including shipping.

Was about to win a paper mario soundtrack for $85 but i was asleep and someone outbid me -.-. Really mad about that those never show up on eBay. Thanks, Yogurt. Yes it is a NTSC-J exclusive. And that was a fair question; no one here should ever be afraid to ask a question like that to increase their knowledge of the N64 game library.

As for the game, we'll see. It has better graphics than the first one, but I've heard the gameplay is changed a bit, and maybe not for the better. There is also alot of Japanese text (i.e., parts list), so that will take some getting used to.

@hockeylife: nice acquisitions! You are really wheeling and dealing lately.

Its probably nonsense but it was dead cheap and I needed a new game for the Wii U, just collecting dust lol. Not the best game I've played and the screen tearing is really bad, and grahpics are pretty standard. I've yet to see a Wii U game that makes me say wow that looks great.
