With my birthday fast approaching my wife decided that I can have my birthday present early. So hello PS Vita. Picked it up today along with the free game they gave me in Killzone Mercenary. Just downloading a few games now that I had on PS3 dashboard, like Hotline Miami and Uncharted Golden Abyss

Have fun In Golden Abyss, make sure to try aiming using the vita's tilt sensor, it's really accurate and incredibly fun to use!

SWEET, DEE!!!  Absolutely excellent advice to follow... the tilt sensor aiming in Golden Abyss was incredibly well implemented... something that sounds super-gimmicky but actually enhances gameplay, making headshots soooo much easier!! I only wish I'd known about it before I went for the "get X headshots" trophy!!

The games without manuals were monsters Inc, bugs life, toy story, final fantasy 7, wwe smackdown, smackdown 2, grand turismo ( double) and Rugrats search for reptar (double) I gave all the games without manuals to my mate since he came across A link between world's last week for cheep and picked it up for me And since I only collect complete ps1 games thought it would be a good start on paying him back. They are already out here... they're a ton more expensive (almost double the price of the bundle with a 16gb memory card and 10 games, where the slim is just the unit itself), the console just feels cheaper and the screen is worse. |

Actually, the screen of the 1st vita model is superior, as it has a high-quality, extremely bright OLED screen whilst the Vita Slim has a LCD screen. Advantages of the Slim are longer battery and slimness. |

A few new additions; Lego Racers (N64) - it's an unremarkable Mario kart clone, seems okay-ish, but pretty basic and not as much fun as Nintendo's series. NASCAR 99 (N64) - fast but not much else going for it; poor graphics and boring Batman Arkham City strategy guide - much cheapness from a charity shop, and I've not played the game yet (despite owning it for over a year) Hitman Absolution strategy guide - also much cheapness. Might focus me enough to help me complete the game. |

Brought a nintendo 64, with expansion pack, two controllers one white and one pokemon, with four games, forsaken, wwf no mercy and wwf attitude, and pilot wings for 50 bucks ( Australian) Hopefully be able to sale the 64 off for 100, keep the rest, good days work

@Cabanon, I actually did some research and decided that I wanted one before the slim came out. I knew the screen in the old model was superior and decided to get one before they sold out in favour of the newer model. Anyway IMO a slim version doesn't always mean it will be better. I like something to have a bit of size otherwise my hands just end up becoming hectic sore. |

Great to see Alxbly buying N64 games again and to see Optimus Prime back in full glory! I'm been bargain hunting quite a bit lately. Here are my best finds:  Paid I also picked up extra copies of these manuals, if anyone is interested: Cruisn Exotica, WipeOut 64, Ken Griffey's Slugfest, all in very good condition. |
