Alright fellas... I think I just about got the best deal I'm ever going to get in my life. (So I might as well quit looking for good deals now!!! lol)

Posted Image

tldr;

So in summary, I didn't just get Watch_Dogs for PS4 along with a $1 pre-order for LBP3, all for free. I got them for free AND I got $1.30 cash. I got paid $1.30 for Watch_Dogs and a $1 LBP3 pre-order.

Perhaps there really is some higher power (or vigilante hacker, heh) out there hacking the systems... :w00t:
Now Playing: Clash Royale (mobile), Gravity Rush 2, Rayman Legends, Project CARS, Uncharted 4 Survival Mode ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

Haha good story mate. That's on heck of a deal. I enjoyed Watch Dogs when I played it, not as good as some other open world games but certainly worth your time IMO :yeah:

I loved the original Paper Mario titles (N64, GCN), but I felt the series sorta went off the rails a bit, focusing too much on new fandangled features, rather than the core mechanics, pacing, etc.

Still the 3DS Paper Mario title is a good game and well worth your time and money, IMHO.

Havent really posted my pick ups in a while as ive been working about 80+ hours a week so I havent had much time to post, Let alone even buy anything but I have picked up a few things over the past month;

Posted Image

Finally Found a CIB Daiei Hawks Console

Posted Image

Picked up these DS Lites off ebay and got this 3ds off a Kid on Craigslist for $50 Bucks

Posted Image

Got this NES Action set for FREE from a Buddy who's mom found it in her garage and just let me have it. Its all there minus the plastic that goes around the console.

Posted Image

Picked up some games at Gamestop with some Coupons and got the Red WiiU Nunchuk for FREE as well. The Guy was supposed to send one for the original Wii but send a wii U one so instead of having to send it back to japan he just refunded me.

IDK Why the pictures are all turned, Photobucket wont rotate them for some reason so im just leaving them how they are.

There was this Dutch store where you could Pre-order the game and get a pre-order bonus! (It was on www.nedgame.nl) Not sure if its released anywhere else though.

The Dutch Gamemania has it as well. I pre-ordered mine there. I did read somewhere a French store also has it.

Btw, I'll be getting two of these. One with the 3DS and one with the WiiU edition. So, for a good offer, it's up for sale :)

Well as a happy side effect of my better paying job, I did something today I haven't done in ages. I bought some games. I picked up a used copy of Assassin's Creed Revelations, Assassin's Creed 3, and The Last of Us. So very happy! Skyrim and GTA V will be next I hope.

Awesome adds, everybody.

@Epro I love that software score. What a time capsule! It has everything I remember about mid 80's computer software.
Generic Title: CHECK
Picture that in no way represents gameplay: CHECK
System Requirements: CHECK
Lengthy Description on Front: CHECK
Additional Peripherals Required: CHECK

Ahh it was a golden age.

@Stinger Congrats on the job! Hopefully you'll have time to play all those games!

As for Paper Mario, I've been a fan since the beginning. I probably enjoy the humor in the games the most. I had just left for college when Paper Mario for the N64 came out. I was in a city over the summer and knew exactly zero people. For the first couple of weeks, Paper Mario was my only friend. Since then I've always been a bit partial to the series.

Handheld hoarders will know that Gameboy Micro's are not that easy to find "in the wild" but today i picked up this beauty at a charity shop for just 7.50 euro

Seller did not notice there was a game inserted and that turned out to be Bubble Bobble Old & New - one of my all-time favourites!
But alas... on closer inspection it turned out to be a bootleg cartridge.

very good :)

1. quite a subtle one but yes, MOST (not all!) bootlegs have a USA code. Legal "gray imports" from the USA do exist here in Europe but it should raise your suspicion level.
2. Sticker should be perfectly centered horizantally AND vertically. This is very easy to spot "in the field" and the first thing to check if you're looking to buy.
3. the moulded GB Advance logo looks horrible (compare with a real one and you'll see)
4. the Seal of Quality logo looks a bit squished and smudged and should be perfectly oval and readable.
5. the different elements of the label look like they've been thrown together in a hurry. Look how the ESRB rating and the catalog number partly obscure the background figures.
That would never happen on a genuine label.
6. there's no "lot number" stamped into the label.
7. print quality is very poor, like a cheap colour photocopy ( and i bet it really is just that ).

Found an Xbox 360 RedOctane Sunburst wireless guitar for cheap and in good condition at a Goodwill. I really got it for my older brother as he sells these things online regularly.

I was also looking for games I would enjoy, but came up short. :(
