I hope you know it's a NON-WORKING unit....
I know it's gonna be a shelf queen anyhow. Probably the only custom painted 64dd ever done. I'll buy a working one later on. It was cheap anyway.
Just a simple guy with an average collection.

was it like 250$ or something ? for a non-working unit, that's pretty high IMO.

Went out of town today for work and found a little independent game store and picked up a bunch of $1 filler games for my collection. Paid $20 for Starfox but figured it was worth it since the price has sky rocketed lately.

Cheapest one on eBay was $587 next to the one I bought. I'm sure once I tear it apart I'll be able to get it working.

I have a friend who does house clearance for a living and I asked him to keep an eye open for anything gaming related and yesterday he brought all this over. We havenet decided on a price yet as I want to test everything but I think I can get it all cheap as he was just going to throw it away.

Excellent! I had something similar happen to me a few weeks ago. An SNES bundle with great games, and some guitar hero/rock band sets was in the bundle! A friend of mine moved into a rental house and they were left by the previous renters.

Yeah its worth letting as many people as possible know your interested in this stuff so they dont give it away or throw it out but come to you first. He said from now on I will get first dibs on anything he gets. I'm thinking of making a generous offer on this stuff so he's more inclined to look out for this stuff for me.

Anyone want DJ hero, its up for sale

The New 3DS XL showed up today. It's not the Majora's Mask edition that I DID have pre-ordered... but I like it.

The finish is very nice. There's a nice texture beneath the gloss that doesn't really get the justice it deserves in photos. The flat plastic interior has a bit of metallic flake to it. Subtle.

I'm surprised how rock solid the 3D is. It's a bit dependent on surroundings. When I was at work, it seemed to search once in a great while. At home though it's been absolutely flawless. I'm very impressed! I had gotten to the point I didn't use the 3D much anymore just because it would blur when you moved and wasn't worth it, but the viewing angle on this new model is more than you would reasonably ever need.

The OS is noticeably snappier. I haven't tested download speed yet.

Even swapping the micro SD card isn't nearly as awful as some people on the internet would lead you to believe. Two screws, slide down and it's right there. I can't imagine what people were having trouble with.

It has definitely been worth the upgrade over my original 3DS.

I have been looking into getting Otaku for a while now. Waiting for a cheap one to jump on, but it looks fantastic! From what I hear, it's underrated. Can you understand Japanese, Matt?

English Title is Initial D Extreme Stage

Based on a anime/arcade game, never watched the anime, but played the arcade game last year and had a good time with it, so decided to get the home port

Do you mean Okami? It's great (and the only PS3 game to run in 4k from what I understand!), It's great, and the PS3 version is in full english.

There are english physical releases on PS2 and Wii, there is a digital version available too on PSN in US/EU

Yeah I have been hoping to get it on the Wii! I don't have a PS3, so it only makes sense.
