Here's some stuff I picked up yesterday:

- Xbox game console (w/av cables and free Sonic Riders game)
- WWF Smackdown! Just Bring It (w/ case) for PlayStation 2
- NES controller
- SNES controller
- Skylanders Giants Portal Owners Pack (new in box) for Nintendo 3DS

The Xbox is the catch of the day. Not only because I got it for very cheap or because it came with a free game (it was still inside the console), but also because this Xbox WORKS! I've previously purchased two Xbox systems that cost more than this one and both of them had their share of problems. With this Xbox, I no longer have to use my Xbox 360 to play my Xbox games in poor quality.

On the flip side, I came home to find out that some of the buttons on the SNES controller (including the all important start button) do not work. It's a shame, but not a big loss.

Nice haul! Crack open that SNES controller, pull out the rubber button pad. Bet you see some tears. Apply some crazy glue with a rounded toothpick and put her back together. Fixed a few that way.

Here's a couple better picks of the whole package. I just put the extreme green controller there because I thought it looked cool.

I am stoked to try it out!! I love N64 racers. I have always wanted the controller, but I am patient and wait to get things cheap :)
It feels solid BTW, a quality piece considering it's 3rd party.

Nice! Shulk is my favorite from Smash U. By pure luck I was able to pre order him, but the side of shulk is damaged like your Sonic :( not as bad, but it's annoying as hell.

My Pick Ups From The Past 2 Weeks.

Picked up a few Box/Manuals to complete more of my loose cartridges along with some more amiibos and a copy of Pikmin 3. Now I just gotta find a manual and the artwork for it but I only paid $30 bucks for it so I couldnt turn it down. Cant really see it in the picture but the Wii Fit Trainer cardboard is kinda bent up, luckily they're going to send me another one and let me keep the one I already have so ill be able to open one :yeah:

Not much, but I did get two games yesterday.

- Digimon World 4 (w/case) for Xbox
- Street Punks (w/case & manual) for PlayStation

Both games were bought at the same thrift store. Unfortunately, I am not impressed with Digimon World 4. I thought I'd enjoy this one because they ditched the series' traditional turn based battling for real time action, but the starting enemies are way too strong. They take so many hits while your character takes only a few. Maybe it's that way because the game was meant to be played with others, but other games handled it better by lowering the difficulty during single player playthroughs.

In complete contrast, Street Punks is one of the most addicting kart racers I've ever played. I'm surprised not many people talk about this one. What was supposed to be a quick race or two led to a completion of an entire tournament and the unlocking of one hidden character. Oops.

I haven't had time to post a lot lately, great additions everyone. I got several additions to my sealed Zelda collection. All of these are sealed or new or mint if they weren't sold with a seal or blister.

Its one of the sticker'd ones. I never knew that they did that to some of them, I always thought they were completely different boxes

in some cases, Kobe Bryant, they slapped a sticker over the seal. this add another challenge to find a sealed copy with a sticker on it.

Just bought these in a pawn shop. Saw some ads online from the pawn shop, accepting bids €5 and up. Mario Party 2 was at €40 already, Mario Kart 64 at €30, Pokemon Stadium (missing the inlay) was at €25, so passed up on those.
Paid €10 each for these. Perfect Dark all complete, but the inlay and manual have seem better days (so they will be replaced later), but the game, outer box and other paperwork is in very good condition. The Expansion Pack wasn't even up online, so they said I could buy it for 10 as well. All minty, with baggies and Jumper Pak remover tool.

Cheers!

That in itself is awesome. Loved playing Double Dragon in the arcades as a kid/teenager. Really loved playing with my brother on the Sega Master System II too. Great game :yeah:

So I purchased my first game in over a month. Picked up a second hand copy of The Order 1886 for the PS4 off eBay.

Now to find the time to play it. Although they're saying the campaign is super short. Looks like fun though :yeah:

Went video game hunting yesterday and was surprised to find some Super Nintendo & Nintendo 64 games out in the wild that weren't sports titles. Last time that happened must've been almost two years ago.

- Ms. Pac-Man (cartridge only) for Super Nintendo
- Jurassic Park (cartridge only) for Super Nintendo
- Army Men: Sarge's Heroes 2 (w/case) for PlayStation 2
- Pokemon Stadium 2 (cartridge only) for Nintendo 64
- Bloodrayne (w/case & manual) for Xbox

Pokemon Stadium 2 is the highlight by far (in my opinion) especially with the price I got it for. I would have missed it completely had I not seen Hey You, Pikachu! in a display case, which made me check the toy section where our little gold and silver friend was waiting for me. Now I feel like buying a Pokemon Gold or Silver cartridge to use some of the features my Blue version cannot.

Jurassic Park is the low point of this list...is what I would have said if Bloodrayne even worked. Sure it didn't come in perfect condition, but I have games with worse looking scratches that play just fine. Maybe my Xbox doesn't like vampires? :-/ Well, since the game isn't compatible with the Xbox 360, I just bought a hunk of plastic in a case. I suppose I can always order a replacement disc.

bought a ps vita second hand from local video game store (the one with the oled screen) for 120 euro, not a scratch to be seen on the screen,, and when i came home it had an official 32 gb memory card inside to boot

a 32 gb card, that was worth 90 euro-something at some point in time, got it for absolutely free...

find of a lifetime for me! :w00t:
