I had a really good time with Ride to Hell with some of my friends, but we weren't necessarily playing the game as intended!

luigi's mansion (gamecube): 20 euro from a professional seller on a flea market

black label, all the paper work, absolutely mint disc

i call a good deal, going rate is at least 10 euro higher. and considering the mint disc, its a steal 8)

Picked up these guys today at€1,58 each. Not retro, not even a franchise i really was into big time, but still part of (recent) gaming history. And, it's Pez! A wonderful childhood memory.

So a bit over-due (as it's now nearing the end of March), but I've had a couple acquisitions since the year began...

That is quite a find! I went to a WalMart in rural Virginia this week, but no gold amiibos (only a handful of commons for that matter). WELL DONE!

Another lucky find! Came across a bunch of SNES games today, five of them boxed.
Seller warned that the Super Mario Kart box was empty.
I ended up buying six games and talked the seller into throwing in the "worthless" SMK box + manual for free :)
That will turn the next loose Kart cartridge i find into a pretty valuable CIB game.
It makes you wonder though... where's that missing cart?
Anywoo, two boxes and manuals are now part of my collection and the rest will be flogged (PM me if you want something)

  • Jungle Book
  • Pierre Le Chef Out To Lunch
  • Aladdin (CIB)
  • Goof Troop (BOX)
  • Super Dany (CIB)
  • Super Tennis (CIB)
  • Super Mario Kart box + manual (no game)

Yeah it does look pretty good. Gonna finish watchdogs then give this one a go, it's not very long so should be able to knock this one out pretty quick.

Went hunting for a cheap copy of Donald Duck: Goin Quackers listed on etsy by a seller in a town I was in. Two stores later, found the seller, but the game was gone. Picked up an N64 with all cables and a jungle green controller all in rough shape, but with a nice stick, and a copy of SunSoft's Batman: Return of the Joker (GC) on the cheap.

Interesting thing about ROTJ (GC). It is NOT the same game as ROTJ for the NES (which still seems like a 16-bit game SunSoft somehow shoehorned into 8-bit format). It looks plays and sounds more like SunSoft's first NES batman game ("Batman"), which is a GREAT game.

Picked up some stuff Wednesday and Thursday, but was too tired to list them here until tonight. Not everything is a video game, but the ones that aren't are still gaming related.

Wednesday:

- Aggressive Inline (factory sealed) for Nintendo GameCube
- PlayStation turbo controller (untested)
- Ms. Pac-Man Plug 'N Play
- Game Boy Advance SP case
- PlayStation Underground mini binder (comes with notepad paper, disc sleeves and someone's Gamer Advisory Panel membership card)

Thursday:

- 007 Agent Under Fire (w/case & manual) for Xbox
- Sengoku BASARA: Samurai Heroes (w/case) for Nintendo Wii
- MadWorld (w/case & manual) for Nintendo Wii

No huge finds (I think), but I can say I had fun testing each game I got. And the PlayStation Underground binder was a pretty unique find even if I was kind of forced to buy it.

Picked up these two at a thriftstore yesterday. They kinda have an attitude and are up there in price. But these... dang!
Bought Rock&Roll Racing because I love the music of the series (thanks Youtube!). Picked up Twisted Metal World Tour because the series is said to be good. I had no idea it was a valuable game (~€35)!
