My guess: Mario Tennis. Man that game is so freaking tight.
Sorry, but that is incorrect. :P On a side note, I've never played Mario Tennis for the GBC, but I used to own Mario Tennis: Power Tour for the GBA and really enjoyed it even if you didn't get to play against Mario & friends until the end of story mode.

Here's about the only hint I can give: the amount of question marks match the same amount of letters that are in the actual game title. Anything more would be a dead giveaway with one Google search.

There is no spoon.
Years ago I found that they released Alien Hominid for the GBA in Europe. I have often tried to get my hands on a copy. Almost had given up until now. Finally I am playing Alien Hominid on my GBA. It plays just like the one that I have on the Game Cube.
Posted Image

I remember going into a Gamestop one time asking if they could get a hold of a copy. Knowing that I have ran across imports in their stores occasionally. The people that waited on me tried to convince me that it did not exist, which did not surprise me. I have yet to run across anyone in our local Gamestops that know anything about gaming.

Already put some finds in my collections, but here's the receipt from yesterday, from a pawn shop.

NBA Live 2004 actually is NBA 2K3 and Mario Sunshine didnt have the manual. But these prices can't be beat.

@cabanon: awesome! Interested to hear your thoughts on it and the "live" footage. I'm intrigued.

Yesterday's arrival:

So I saved about $45 getting the japanese version, which was a solid choice for 2 reasons: there is not much japanese text, and this game is for bowling enthusiasts, which I am not. Will try to grind it out for beats em all, but ugh....

@cabanon: awesome! Interested to hear your thoughts on it and the "live" footage. I'm intrigued.
the guitar is a big learning curve. the live footage is cool but I dont pay attention to it much. the GHTV is where it's all about. there is something like 250 songs right off the bat ready to play for free. all you gotta do is play songs from the live channel to earn token or you can pay real money. it's like a free to play mmo but for music game. sounds weird but I believe it will work, just gotta give it some time. also all the songs on GHTV have the actual music ideo associated with. I played Chop Suey! yesterday and that was a blast to see the actual thing in the background.

there's a couple of issues of course, like the whammy is absolutely pointless, it doesnt give you extra star power, renamed Hero Power in this one. there's no extended stat screen, ie multipler. no hyperspeed but lemme tell you, you dont need it at all with the new guitar layout. no bass track, which could have been very cool and not hard to implement, but there's vocal.

im only 2 days in, so im not yet finished on main short career (42 songs), but will be tomorrow. one thing for sure is this game is cattered toward the masses, not hardcore GH/RB fanatic unless you want a challenge learning a new instrument, so the music choice is questionnable but I dont mind it at all as my wife want to play it lol

EDIT: if you're wondering what songs are on GHTV, I made a small video monday. ok yes the quality is not the best since it's low light and im using my phone's camera. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r74Ssg2lwf8

Midweek score!

First off, Gamecube lot! Paid €22 for this.
I have to fix the reset button of the Gamecube and then it's ready for resell. I will keep the Pearl White controller anf the game-only Timesplitters 2, but the rest aren't condition upgrades sadly. And again, no RE4 controller...

Posted Image

The next one needs a little back story. I've very recently found a second hand multi media store that actually has good prices on most stuff, and gives decent trade-in prices. I decided to trade in 75-ish games. Mostly fillers worth €1 or €2 each if I sell them. Got €133 store credit for it.

Spend €58 of that on the following items. Again, Tales of Vesperia, Ghost in the Shell, Resident Evil Mercenaries and the Gamecube Player will be resold for fair prices, making that store credit spent real money again. And I got some games of my wishlist again.

Crazy deals on this page! where to start! @)_(@

@N64Punk 10 boxed games is a seal for 100 bux, does not matter what game is inside.
Very awesome that Turok 1/2/3 are included

@Pimpin Mainer, you can never go wrong with Mario Kart =p and about Utopia, I love the style.
graphics are awesome for a 16bit game.

@Retro Junkie Alien hominid, I think it's one of the few games that started on Newgrounds and became a huge so it became a game for consoles as well. they are also pretty darn rare, game is so addicting!

@DarklinkThat is also one of the best conditions I've seen out there for that N64 mr Darklink.
are you going to try to peel that price sticker off?

Yes Cabanon the controller is really need to get used to it. I think Guitar Hero made a fresh reboot instead of sequal after sequal.
the box looks pretty small on that picture haha.

@BDR saved you 45 USD and even the Japanese bowling game looks better then the NTSC version..Win win!

and I stop about you Kamikaze, your deals are way to crazy :D

Conker, Why you have 3 pink yoshis and no big one! :P

@boombiers, The graphics looks stunning, I have not played the game yet ! but It's worth buying!

You have to look hard, look often and be lucky, be there are still good deals to be made.

If you drop by soon enough on the upcoming expo you'll see some of this stuff again. There might be the possibility of a good deal for you :)

Well the game I ordered online has finally arrived. The mystery game is...

Posted Image

That's right. The little two-button fighting game is now in my admittedly very small Game Boy Color collection. And, after going a couple rounds for my test play, I am almost certain this is the best fighting game in the GB(C) catalog... if you don't factor in that there are only six playable fighters in the game. Also, I hear the Quest mode can get monotonous after a while, but I won't be starting that for some time.

Oh and here's a picture of the copy of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers I bought about two weeks ago now that Photobucket is working properly on my phone.

Found a listing for this fan and it piqued my interest because it had this random looking girl on it. Went ahead and bought it and I later found out she's none other than Hirosue Ryoko! She is a famous actress from Japan and she was used to advertise the rumble pack functionality of Super Mario 64 and Wave Racer. You can view the commercial here: https://youtu.be/R0mXnqVxrqc... So it looks like this fan might be correlated to that commercial. There's some Japanese text on there but my comprehension level is too low to understand.
