@ Sixty Formula Nice one man, I'd seen recent prices that just the manual alone can fetch and its scary stuff, so that's a really good find. I also have a complete Sculptors Cut, bought about ten years ago before N64 prices went crazy, so was lucky enough to get the whole thing for just Ł50 with no other bidders in the auction.  @ Floorcat Nice purchases Floorcat. Is that an Xbox One game? Do you have a Xbone?  Here's my update since the last post:  So, there's: Spiderman 2, Donkey Konga, Tiger Woods 2005 (GameCube) These are all cheap games that I bought for under Ł3 each. I've no intention of playing Donkey Konga or Tiger Woods, I just wanted some cheap GameCube boxes in good condition. Golf games don't interest me and I used to own Donkey Konga but never really got into it. So I'm swapping the cases for some standard DVD cases and then trading then in to CEX or s some pawn shop. Spiderman 2 looks okay though, so I'll give that a try and then decide if I want to keep it out not. Burnout, Burnout 2, Times Splitters 2 (GameCube) Used to own as all these before, rebought so I can play them on GameCube again. Wolfenstein The Old Blood, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare (Xbox One) Both bought cheap. Wolfenstein was only Ł7.99 in Game and lots of people are selling CoD Advanced Warfare on eBay now that Black Ops 3 is out, so it can be picked up for a bargain price. Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories (PlayStation 2) I already own this. However, this one was selling for Ł4.99 in a charity shop and is still wrapped in the official PS2 branded cellophane, so I'm going to hold onto it for a few years and sell it later. N64 Magazine issues from 52-59 These complete my collection of the UK N64 Magazine, every issue from 1 to 59. I've had issues 1-50 for years but hadn't really tried to find the later issues until recently (mainly because the N64 content was pretty slim at that stage in the consoles life). From issue 60 it became NGC magazine, and the first three issues are on their way to me now... |

Thanks, alxbly!  (and same to you!!)Don't have an XBO just yet... I'm sure I will eventually! But (like with the Wii U) I've been jumping on some good deals on the games to build up the library prior to owning the console. i.e. For Halo 5 in particular, Best Buy was having a promo at the end of last year where you get the game free with a purchase of an Xbox One Elite controller. The Elites were still selling for ~$200 online, so before they went out of stock, I bought the controller+game bundle for $163-ish (sales tax included), and sold the controller for $190. So a free game and $25 in profit... seemed like a decent deal.

So I bought another lot. Paid €150 for this, which is kind of high. But I'll get to keep 1 box (Mario Kart), 2 manuals (Snowboard Kids and Zelda II) and 2 games (Castlevania and a new unopened Kirby's Ghost Trap) for free after I resell the rest. I do need to get 2 aftermarket power supplies tho..

Been a bit sick the last couple of days, have been home. So I decided to treat myself to a couple of games to make myself feel better  These 2 games have been on my radar for a while, and with me a wanting to spend some more time with my massively neglected Wii U I went out and bought a copy of Xenoblade Chronicles X. My brother is currently on his 3rd play through and can't speak highly enough of it. I've just popped it in. I'm ready to go!!  Also picked up a limited edition copy of Life is Strange on PS4. Have been looking forward to the physical release of this. Need to get my episodic gaming fix

@alxbly Thanks! Very cool story, you're super lucky! Those are awesome N64 magazines. I used to read through gaming magazines during the N64 days at the grocery store while my mom shopped. Do you know if they released these mags in the US? |

first purchase of the year and it might be the only 1 other than my Amplitude ps3 package that will eventually arrive during the spring but already paid for. For 10$CAD (something like 7$usd lol) I couldn't go wrong !

Finally, after two days, my phone allows Photobucket to upload my pics. Here's some finds I... found since Friday.    With the exception of Pokemon Black (which I just bought used at a GameStop), I think I got a pretty good deal with the things I took home. Everything works perfectly and the games I tried out in those compilation UMDs were a lot fun for the most part. I was really hoping the pawnshop selling the GameCube also had the Pokemon XD: Gales of Darkness game to go with it, but no dice. Prices: Spoiler: click to toggle

This is interesting; I sold ~1000 regular Pokemon cards and ~180 rarer (i.e. shiny, holo, ex etc) for €70. Cheap as hell, but selling them individually would be a pain. Investment was about €25 max, and I got to keep the cards I wanted for myself (most G1 cards and most Pikachu, Raichu and Pichu variations). What did I buy over the last few day? A lot! - Meta Knight Amiibo (@ €15,99), - Lucas Amiibo (@ €15,99), - Rosalina Amiibo (@ €14,99) - Mii Fighter Amiibo (@ €11,29) - Metal Gear Solid for PS1 (@ €5). So I made my Pokemon-made money well spent again. Only 9 more Amiibo to go for a full Super Smash set, plus everything Nintendo will still be releasing. Upcoming is a hopefully awesome mega retro pick up, and a small Game & Watch

Yesterday I recieved a N64 cheat device called game killer and contains 6 game cheats built inside. The cart made by datel and properly one of first cheat devices for Nintendo 64. Why is it only those games listed well it is because those were some of first n64 titles to be released on the n64 and you needed a game killer card to get more cheats for later titles released back in the day. I have yet to find one of these cards But it is a unique 3rd party device for it. I know there is others that is way better than this but good for history tho.

On my side I only got 1 item really but I've been looking for it since I started collecting. You don't see these two in one picture so often. Happy I am
