I've been waiting to get a set of top cart labels for a while now. Ended up getting the most expensive ones on Ebay because I have bought used carts in the past that had the cheaper ebay versions on them and the low quality paper had no resilience. So these are really nice vinyl, half- cart labels that mimick the SNES labels and also allow me to open up the carts for cleaning and battery changes without label damage. Upwards of $40+ with shipping but well worth the investment for a quality, durable solution to display the carts well. Can't wait to put these on!!!! I'll post pics when I have them finished and displayed.

I'm looking for end labels for PAL SNES games but cant find any, seems weird that the PAL versions wouldn't get end labels.

I have employed the buy-the-japanese-version for a couple of stupid expensive games, namely Hagane, where us English folk have a fighting change. I recall seeing an inexpensive japanese CT cart years ago and racing to youtube to see what I'd be up against. Yeah, it was way too text heavy for me. Must learn Japanese in my next life. :D

Yes it is, but I think I can play without reading nothing, but I am always dreaming that I will proper learn do read jap one day.
I bought my CT in an auction here in Brazil for R$28 (US$8.50 - £6.55). A lot of jap game has lauching here these days, almost sure has a business to bring those since in Japan you buy game for cents. A brazilian who lives in japan and I follow their videos on yt, just bought Donke Kong Country for 1 yen, (its nothing) and pay more 300 yenes for the shipping.
¥ 301 = $ 2.8377

I've been hearing that it's a shocking port from an otherwise pretty good pc game. Ratings haven't been too high. I'm hoping its not as bad as ppl have been making out mate :D you'll have to tell me what you think. You're opinion seems to be mostly along the same lines as mine with a lot of games :yeah:

Not a game exactly, but another 8bitdo homage to the NES controller....a functional wireless speaker.

@ Milage

Is Pikachu complete in box?? Like with the microphone, yellow foam ball, and the controller mic holder? Love to see some pics if so!

EDIT

I think I had a dense moment. I'm pretty sure you meant Pikachu is sealed, as well as Wipeout. Haha

A lot of pickups this week. Prepare for 4 pictures of games :)

Posted Image
First up some boxes with manuals. All except Yoshi are in near mint shape. Paid €35 for the lot. Keeping all but Diddy Kong, Majora's Mask and Smash Bros. Since I can bundle these with a game to resell, I'll make back my money and add some free boxes to the set.

Posted Image
Next up; some eBay pick ups. Soundtracks and the Zelda animated series on dvd. Paid roughly €15 tot €20 per soundtrack and under €10 voor the dvd. Worth it.

Posted Image
Next is a local find. Some snes, n64, ps1 and xbox games. Keeping most of it to boost some retro sets again. Paid €30 for the lot.

Posted Image
And last but not least, more Game&Watches. Picked up these two for €75. No manuals, only one inlay, but they are boxed and work. Taking what's needed from the DK1 to make mine more complete and reselling the rest again, probably just making back my money.

@Kamikaze, nice lot that. Some real great titles in there.

@Tofu, yeah sealed Pikachu is. Just the two circular bits of tape at each end rather than like a film seal but this is how they were released (similar to Pokemon Stadium seal). So yeah it has all the inners but I won't be opening it. I got those two for collectability really they were going at a decent price. NTSC stuff goes real cheap over here in PAL land for some reason.

After a two month wait my Witcher 3 Gwent Decks showed up. They were available to anyone who ordered the season pass. They were $15 a set, two sets of two decks. I love The Witcher and I love Gwent, so I am pumped!

I plan to keep the individual decks sealed for the time being :yeah:

So this was ver unexpected, I bought my first N644 game with box. It was a auction I saw and made a careless bid, some days later I was shocked with a email informing I won by only US$3.39 (today convertion), I can't get any loose game for that price here.

Bunch of pickups. I recently decided, what the heck, I'll go for a complete loose cart collection, including color variants (but not NFR carts). So that means I have been buying a ton of crap sports titles lately. But I have had some awesome pickups as well, like two solid color controllers, Super Smash Melee, and even a minty Smoke N64, which puts my current 64 console collection up to 5 (Smoke, Jungle, Fire, Ice, Grey). It's coming along....

Yeah I already saw games by very few yenes(dollar cents), but only by videos, 'cause it's $5 the lowest shipping until my country, so kinda impossible to see anygame for 1 dollar. ;_;

¥900 is like 9 dollars right? I think I get a good deal on my Majora Mask here then, payed close to that.

Yeah. I actually found a better deal afterwards for ¥650, but I already bought this one.
The V1.0 OoT was what I really was going for anyway!

Woah! I really have been slipping lately when it comes to posting my finds. To be fair, I did spend most of July moving and getting settled into the new place. Well, since going into detail of every purchase I made since last time would just be too much, I'm just going to post the pics of all my finds during the month of July.

Actually, I guess I should mention that the game inside the Capcom Classics Collection is actually Unreal Championship. It's a game I didn't have, but obviously not the one I thought I was buying until it was too late. Let this be a lesson to everyone: always check the inside of the case before every purchase.

Sucks about getting the wrong game but the silver lining is that at least it was a decent game. Unreal Champ is probably one of my favorite shooter party games. So much fun!!!!
