Thanks floorcat much appreciated. I have just set an account up and so far, so good. I too am leaving photobucket after a similar stretch. Not making a late entry for the hoarder of the year or anything, but over the last few months I have added a fair few 64 games to my collection, taking me to around 150 now. See below all those not previously shared over the months due to photobucket issues. I got a lot of the minty NTSC titles in a bulk local score, was so happy with that. Yes they are only like Madden games etc but they were cheap, and are totally mint and complete. Some few other good titles in there too including Stinger's favourite Road Rash. Love that game now.

@buddy: it was the "risky beats" edition here in NTSC land, which is likely the only wiiU edition. Comes with soundtrack and a real manual! $24 with amazon prime, and a fun game to boot. @Milage: wow! You've been busy! |

 I was planning on getting a Wii U later this year, but they've been disappearing off store shelves and I didn't want to risk Nintendo running out of refurb units. That said, I suspect this unit isn't actually refurbished. I had a refurb before and it had stickers on it denoting its status as a refurb model; this one has no stickers at all. Just having to wait for Nintendo to transfer the licenses over. |

Picked up a few more minty 64 titles. Turok 3 excited me the most out of this lot. I've enjoyed playing Revenge as well, love fighting as Hulk Hogan, what kid didn't love that wrestler in the 90s... Edited by Milage007, Jan 6 2017, 09:14 AM.

@The White Falcon: Congrats! Another fellow Wii U owner! Shrewd move going "refurb". I have a few "refurb" games and a balance board from Nintendo . . . they were brand new. I think it's NOAs way of doing retail sales without competing with its retailers, but what do I know ?!?!? |

So my final purchases made in 2016, and my first purchases made in 2017, went something like this: (Three additional years of PS Plus membership on the bottom left. Because mine was about to expire. In September 2022.)  ... and then a couple miscellany accessories, guides, limited runs, and collector's editions, etc.  Fun fact: The Hyper Light Drifter Collector's Edition (bottom-left) from iam8bit was ordered on May 27th 2016, was supposed to ship (from Los Angeles) in late July, but actually arrived on DECEMBER 21st after NUMEROUS unanswered emails. The Root Letter Pen Pal Edition (top-right) from Rice Digital UK was ordered on January 3rd 2017, and arrived today, THREE DAYS LATER FROM THE UK. Moral of the story: If you can at all help it, don't give your business to iam8bit. Give it to Rice Digital instead. And apparently, I now have some additional distaste towards actually being in possession of money:  (My head-first dive into the toys-to-life genre. WHAT HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO? SEND HELP IMMEDIATELY!!!)  Also... these arrived (or in the case of Adventure Time, were purchased) the day after I posted:  And with that, I'm officially DONE and NEVER AGAIN buying LEGO Dimensions gimme-all-your-monies Packs.  ... until their next wave of releases.

First legit pick ups of the year. Got me some vintage Pokemon stickers and 2 different packs of Zelda'16 cards. Picked up Game&Wario because I heard rumors and speculations it might become uncommon.

I've been keeping an eye out for Wii U clearance stuff, but I didn't expect to have this good of a find... I initially passed over it in the clearance bin, because the $15 tag was loose in the plastic box they had it in. Just happened to glance back after I'd moved it aside and spotted it. |

More 64 games arriving in the collection. Very good condition. Milos is mint. Made it all the way across the Atlantic from the U S of A to me far far cheaper than a PAL complete copy would cost, nevermind mint.

@Floorcat: That is am amazing haul of Lego Dimensions sets there. I have been tempted to get LD just for the A-Team set. I pity the fool! (the fool being me). @Kamikaze: Game & Wario is definitely on my never gonna be cheap list. Early game, not uber popular, and then free to download during one of Big N's promotions (Club Nintendo?). Nice pickup. @TheWhiteFalcon: That is unbelievable!! $15 for SF and Guard. Well done, sir! @Milage: I'm not a box guy, but wow that Pokemon Stadium box is sweet! |

I actually got it from the Nintendo Online Store but the eBay site works too. They're also selling the GamePad charging stand and the screen protector kits for $6 each. |

Well guess who has some catching up to do?  Yes it looks like I procrastinated once again and I now have to post all of my finds at once. Let's start off with my final purchases of 2016. Oh and sorry in advance if I get the prices wrong on any of these games. Most of these are going off of memory.   While it wasn't as good as my 2015 year (which is still my absolute best year as a collector), I still think 2016 was a good one. Finally got myself a Dreamcast for starters, my first NES game finds in the wild (which helped me complete my childhood NES collection), Pokemon games galore for the cheap and even a hidden gem on the Wii (Batman The Brave and the Bold) among many other great finds. All in all, a great year for game collecting that I can only hope 2017 will top. So, after I started getting some games in 2017, I took pictures of them and planned on putting these up along with my 2016 finds.   ... then I procrastinated again until I found these four on the same day. Well now I HAD to post these online.  Kirby Canvas Curse... now there's a game I haven't seen in a while. My younger brother owned it when we were teenagers and, while I've always preferred the more traditional Kirby platform games, we both still had a great time with Canvas Curse's stylus-only gameplay. Now the fun can begin again with my very own copy. And I had no idea a complete copy went for so much on Amazon (for the record, they go for MUCH cheaper on eBay). Its been a while since I was able to spend any money on games, went out today and picked up this lot. Homefront the revolution cost me 0.50p using up some Tesco Clubcard points I had  I got Rainbow six 3 for Xmas but the inlay was in rubbish condition so this 0.10p pickup will replace it.

I've never played it but at 0.75p I couldnt pass it up. On the list it goes and one day I'll get to it lol. Didn't look at it until I got home and part the front page of the manual is torn off

I really loved this game when it came out. I was really deep into it but when I was hunting down some Spades (if I remember right, almost 10 years ago) target, man it got hard, real hard I couldn't advance anymore. Piloting that chopper was a pain in the butt lol |

N64 hoarding still going on. Looking forward to getting the full PAL set so I can sit back and relax. Basshunter is NTSC as it is far cheaper than the PAL equivalent.

 I'd planned to wait on Smash, but Amazon had it for $39 in a Prime deal so I went ahead and got it. My list of Wii U games to get is getting fairly short now. MK8 might be next, and then I'm getting Breath of the Wild when that launches. (and hopefully Darksiders Warmastered Edition, if it actually releases). Battleborn was $10 on clearance. |
