@Milage & Mymee: Excellent! Love to hear about members helping each other out. And great shirt!

I downloaded NBA Playgrounds on the Switch. Seems to be the spiritual successor to NBA Hangtime (not NBA Jam), which means arcadey basketball fun. Very interesting mix of current and former players. Don't know of another game where you can play with big headed versions of Spud Webb and Magic Johnson against Paul George and LaMarcus Aldridge.

Can't wait to use it with my Raspberry Pi to see if it's as good as everybody says.

Been kind of in a hardly-doing-any-gaming-at-all-with-exception-of-Clash-Royale-on-my-phone kind of mood these past few months... and things I've picked up have slowed a bit perhaps as a result.

BUT... it might appear on the contrary if I post everything over this period in a big chunk, no? ;)

First, some guide/art/misc gaming books (excuse the blurriness)

Posted Image

... a *few* Limited Run releases...

Posted Image

... some limited/special editions (and the latest LEGO Dimensions Fun Pack)...
(Big box on the left is a factory-boxed Nier: Automata Black Box Edition.)

Posted Image

... and lastly a few more games (and a Batman Returns bluray... (a little too lazy to post separately in the movie/TV thread)

Now Playing: Clash Royale (mobile), Gravity Rush 2, Rayman Legends, Project CARS, Uncharted 4 Survival Mode ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I finally managed to get Tom Clancy's The Division for a low enough price that I could justify playing its single player content while never touching the multiplayer.

Took the girls in town shopping today and found this. paid full whack for it but searching completed listings on ebay it seems to be around the normal price, £22.00. Little bit of label damage but not much. never played this one before so looking forward to trying it out. Heard its the best of the DKC games

Yeah you can get good prices there sometimes and you can often get bargains and mispricings but the vultures / scalpers normally have anything away way before normal folk get there. Great game though worth paying market rate!

@Buddy. Chibi Robo on the 3DS is pretty fun. Really kid friendly and fitting for casual players. Basicly the way people always think of Nintendo.

Managed to pick up this Gameboy Color. It's a US exclusieve as far as I know and got it in Europe. Got it from a reseller that was about to post it online for sale. Knowing the regular yellow-with-blue Pokemin GBC goes for about €40, I shot an offer of €30, expecting it go up a bit, but it was accepted right away. It has some wear, but that also proofs it's a legit one to me. The Pokrmon Gold&Silver GBC is mine, and checking eBay I got one hell of a deal.

@buddy1983 Everytime I see that amiibo I wonder if any kids have tried sticking it in a wall. Maybe it's slightly bigger than an actual outlet but that plug makes me anxious

I'm a noob to this series, but omg, an action slash and hack with a similar vibe as Bayonetta. Loved my first hour of gameplay. And for $17, I'm in!!

@BDR - I'm getting this one too. I have the second on the Wii U and I've played through most of it but gave up. Going to start from this one and then start 2 again.

@Milage007 Nice haul - been a while since I picked up any new N64 games.

Wow... it's been over a month since I've posted anything in here. Lack of drive, perhaps? Not that I haven't purchased a single game since April or anything but they were all at FMV (with the exception of one game I got three weeks back that still kind of baffles me) and nothing rare or even uncommon. I was going to put up pics of everything I got since my last post but decided to just start fresh with this fun little plug n' play I got on Saturday.

Posted Image

Heh... I'm still getting a kick out of that mini model 2 Genesis replica. Radica made two of these Sega Genesis plug n' play systems in the mid-2000s with this one being the second (the first one came with a blue controller). Six games on this bad boy and, outside of the horrendous sound output (anyone with an AtGames Genesis knows what I'm talking about), the games play perfectly thanks to using actual Genesis coding to emulate these games. Controller is well made for a plug n' play and the game selection is great stuff for the most part. In 2017, there are much better options to get your Genesis fix but you can also do a whole lot worse. I also got it for half price so that may have something to do with my praise for the thing.

Yesterday I snagged this lot. Paid €60. The DS is pretty much dead and sadly Heartgold does not have it's Pokewalker. Bought the lot for the big box only for Heartgold, Yoshi for the gba and the Game&Watch. The rest is up for trade.

Did a digital pre buy on WipEout Omega Collection for the PlayStation 4. Got a WipEout theme as an enticement but that's not why I pre-purchased. I just want to have the game the moment it drops next week. This is going to be my first digital game for my PS4. :o

Sold off my Super Nintendo Collection yesterday for $150 though it was an admittedly small collection with just basic stuff. I've had an sd2snes for nearly 2 years so my games weren't doing anything aside from the ones the sd2snes can't play like Doom, Starfox, Yoshi's Island, and Super Mario RPG, but I'm not going to play them again anytime soon and if I do I can just join the emulation crew. I'm not sure if I'll regret the decision or not.

Hey Shellshocker18, if you own a Wii you've already got one of the best SNES emulators money can buy. Just Google Snes9x GX.
