Just bought Mario no Photopi from Play-Asia. :D
This is the first n64 game I have ever bought that I will probably never use.

^ I have quite a few of those(in general, not just 64). But I did buy Mario Tennis(GBC) to go with the 64 version I got a while back. I also bought some legos at the time...at a resell shop. And it's not just for gaming!
Even bastards need to let off some steam.

New Super Mario Brothers (Wii)
Super Paper Mario (Wii)
Have you beaten these games at any point?
Nope, I tried them both out but didn't find either of them particularly interesting. Super Paper Mario was a bit of a disappointment, New Super Mario Bros was alright but once the nostalgia factor had worn off I didn't feel compelled to play it any further. The options then were let them gather dust (which SPM already has for two and a half years) or sell them and put the cash towards something useful. No contest.

I've not made many games purchases recently except for Red Dead Redemption last month and Doom 2 from XBLA.

Mega Man Zero Collection, $31.07 at Gamestop

A friend gave me the following:

Final Fantasy IV [Already have my own copy, so double]
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Ring of Fates [I gave this to him a long while back.. now its back in my hands]
Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
Mario Kart DS [Already have a copy. Double]
Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword

The World Ends with You, was originally mine, I gave it to my friend, said it was one of his favorite games, then he had his DS stolen, with this game in it, so all I have is a box and manual :/

I beat the New Super Mario Bros Wii with a friend or two. Playing it on your own is not nearly as much fun. With friends we laughed the entire time at fails or bubbling by accident so that was awesome.

I agree with Super Paper Mario Wii being a dissapointment. I guess I was looking for something closer to the other Paper Mario games. It is a really good game though.

I have just bought:
Daiei Hawks System and Controller
Double Copies of Zelda Majoras Mask Collector's Edition Complete (64)
Double Copies of Zelda A Link to the Past (SNES)
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Pikmin 2 complete with Guide

I have just Sold:
Goldeneye 64 (double)
Zelda Ocarina of Time Complete (double)
With a system and 2 controllers

There's a new kid on the block. I've wanted one of these for a few years now and I finally caved in and bought one.

It wasn't in great shape when it arrived. I spent about an hour cleaning the system and controller. It's also quite temperamental about reading disks. I've have to have a go at cleaning the lens.

The two games to get me started probably aren't the best for demonstrating the system's potential, seeing as they are essentially both games from the previous console generation. Still, set the bar low and you won't be disappointed.

Both are pretty fun... when they decide to play.

Edit: FINALLY fixed the links.

Seems I had to visit your website before the images would display? Anyone else getting this? Anyway, nice find. Dreacast is a good system with some great games. Unfotunately, my limited gaming time means I hardly ever play it now and I find that most of the games that I liked most are available on other systems (Crazy Taxi, Soul Calibur, Skies of Arcadia, Shadow Man).

Still a great system though. The controller feels like the missing link between the N64 and original Xbox controller. :)

Bought Transformers: War for Cybertron for my Xbox 360 yesterday. It's quite fun but as usual I'm having difficulty aiming accurately with my 360 controller. x.x
I guess I'll buy the PC version when it's cheap. :-/

I'm getting that too. It displayed okay yesterday when I posted this...

Edit: I ented the address into the image tags again (the same ones) and now it's working again (for me).

Just sold

Bubble Bobble (only got a paltry $1.70 USD for it!)
Zanac
Castlevania II: Simon's Quest
Ultima: Quest of the Avatar (sold for something absurd like $3, insulting for a game like this complete in box)
Eternal Sonata (PS3)
Fallout 3 (PS3)
Resistance: Fall of Man (PS3)

and a bunch other misc ones. I'm down to only owning an NES and a PS3. For the PS3 I only have 5 games, and my NES collection has become very modest as well. These are sad days indeed.

I purchased a used PSP that is in mnt condition for $60. The scratches that was supposed to be on the screen washed off. The screen protector was dirty. But It looked like scratches.
Anyway I also picked up a few games and am enjoying a bit of a noob experence witha PSP.

Also have a copy of Ridge Racer and Outrun 2006. They both rock hard. :yeah:

Yeah, lost the motivation for that. Some of the RE games are pretty mediocre, and I don't want games that I'm not gonna play.

All joking aside, let's be realistic for a moment. I'm actually unaware of what your collection is looking like right now, it's seen a lot of subtractions and additions as of recent. Do you have any set goal of what you want it to be? Are you still planning on owning hundreds of games, or will you eventually trim it down to just a few favourites? Will you become the type who buys games, beats them, and then sells them off?

I'm selling anything I have no desire to play or play again. If I can get my collection down to about 200 games then I'd be quite happy. Just now it's... *quick count*

21 Wii games
16 PS3 games
8 DS games
90(ish) 360 games
100(ish) N64 games
25-30 Ps2 games
30(ish) Xbox games
40(ish) Gamecube games
10-15 PS1 games
15(ish) Dreamcast games
1 NES game
5(ish) Atari 7600 games
and a handful of Game Boy games.

There's a lot of games that I won't ever sell because they're really good or hold some kind of emotional attachment to me. For example, I think my Gamecube collection is as thinned out as it will ever be. :)

Here's a game I didn't expect to own any time soon.

All other (copies?) of Bangai-o I had seen on ebay have been boxed and fetched prices a bit too high for me. This was the first loose cart I had seen, so I snapped it up for just over 45 pounds. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough however, as there's now another (slightly cheaper) loose cart up for sale.

As for the game itself, I like it. ^_^ Very Japanese. It feels a bit strange playing an entirely 2D game on the console. It reminds me of playing Yoshi's Story back when it was new, another 2D game ( or "flat" game, as I would have called it then) for the system.

Nice one Mac!
That one's a rare one to get... complete or not, there weren't that many that were made.

While not a game, my most recent purchase was one of these:
Spoiler: click to toggle

... though I'm not sure yet if I want to retire my original DS3 just yet. It's in pretty sorry shape though... only 2 screws are holding it together, and the left analog stick... ermm... "sticks" to the sides if you press it hard enough. >_<
Now Playing: Clash Royale (mobile), Gravity Rush 2, Rayman Legends, Project CARS, Uncharted 4 Survival Mode ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

Wow... that's kind of a rare one, no? I remember searching high and dry for a Lufia II strategy guide, found one on ebay, but spaced on the auction closing time, and missed out on a potentially CHEAP win on a very rare guide. >_<

I haven't been in a while due to warm weather responsibilities, job, and family. But the cool weather has began to set in and the yard has lost it's zeal for growth. X_D

Just purchased Capcom vs. SNK: MOTM for my Dreamcast, spent some quality time with it this past weekend. Awesome game. Had my tale whipped all over the place, great fun. :yeah:
