Yeah, I guess kids are very prone to lose things. I really blame the parents though for not bothering to clean their cars out before trading them in!There loss is my game . The game works btw, and has some pretty good high level pokemon on it. Once I am sure they are not coming back for it, I will rob it of it's good pokemon, and restart the game for a play through some time.

Just sold a charcoal gray Nintendo 64 console with MemPak, a blue controller, a Nintendo Rumble Pak and three loose cartridges: Donkey Kong 64, Zelda OOT and F-Zero X to a local guy. It's great when people come & collect their purchases, it really saves me a lot of time and trouble if i dont have to pack & mail the stuff. Excellent! UPDATE: sold a Gameboy Color Pokemon edition and two NES games (Gauntlet II and Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles). UPDATE 2: sold two loose SNES carts: Young Merlin and The Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse UPDATE 3: bought two Wii games that were on sale: Call Of Duty - World At War and Sengoku Basara - Samurai Heroes Edited by Mk II, Apr 8 2011, 09:49 AM.

I found Dragon Ball Z Taiketsu for Gameboy Advance in a car yesterday. It was very nasty, and appeared to have been bitten pretty hard by a dog. I cleaned it up, and it does not seem to work. I think a tooth actually broke a part of the chip internally I actually had to remove the back seat from the car to stumble across it, so I imagine it had been lost for a while. |

I just bought Dobutsu no Mori (Animal Forest/Animal Crossing) for the N64 on eBay. It's coming from Japan so it probably won't be here for a few weeks, but when I get it I'll post pictures. It was a good deal since I only paid $18 plus $8 shipping for it, it has the box, the plastic bags, the N64 memory card, and the instruction manual! |

Sold a Donkey Kong 64 controller thru an auction site. didnt make any profit but rarities like that are quite hard to sell here; people dont appreciate the value or are unwilling to pay the price... Since i got a better one (with the rare jacket) i just wanted to turn it around quickly. UPDATE April 12: sold a nice N64 set with two controllers (one with a new stick), Memory Expansion, Rumble Pak and five loose carts: Pilotwings 64, GoldenEye 007, Donkey Kong 64, Jet Force Gemini and Zelda Ocarina Of Time. Local pickup, no hassles and a good deal for both parties. Excellent! UPDATE April 13: sold a Pokemon Stadium cartridge and Transfer Pak Edited by Mk II, Apr 14 2011, 01:31 PM.

I just bought http://www.humblebundle.com/ , Only on for a day more now, but you can pay anything you want (I would suggest to be generous though) and the money does go to some good causes (Childs Play mainly) It says US dollars but paypal converts it into your currency. |

Every year on the 30th of April the Dutch go crazy and turn their cities and towns into one giant yard sale. This year didnt start off well, my friend and designated driver Martin had to pull out because he was ill. No driver = no car ! So i had to use my Vespa instead and of course this severely limited my range and how much i could schlepp away. But i went ahead and managed to find lots of nice things anyway... hold on to your seats! SNES boxed console, console + 2 controllers (no PSU), Nigel Mansell's World Championship, F1 Pole Position 2, Space Megaforce (USA) Gamecube 2 black consoles, 1 white console, 4 controllers, 2 GB Players + disc, Rayman 3 (CIB), BMX XXX (CIB), True Crime - New York City (CIB), Batman Vengeance (CIB), Matt Hofmann Pro BMX 2 (CIB), Spiderman 2 (CIB), Scooby Doo Unmasked, Shrek Super Slam, Shrek Extra Large GameBoy console (CIB), Saitek Booster (CIB), SMB Deluxe, Nemesis, R-Type, F1 Pole Position, Motocross Maniacs, Super Mario World 2 (CIB), Mega Man III (CIB), Bionic Commando (CIB), Nail 'n' Scale, Dynablaster, Earthworm Jim, Toxic Crusaders, Zen Intergalactic Ninja, Choplifter III, Mega Man III (loose), Star Trek, Last Action Hero, 16 cartridge cases. Wii Need For Speed - Pro Street GameBoy Advance Donkey Kong Country, Pac-man Pinball Advance, Ed Edd N Eddy (all CIB) SuperVision Police Bust, Treasure Hunter, Crystball Nintendo 64 Clear / Blue console + SM64 (CIB), Zelda OOT (CIB), DK64 (CIB) DS Call Of Duty 4, Starfox Command, Mario Vs. Donkey Kong 2, Wario Ware Touched, FIFA Street 2 Handheld LCD Mr. Chef & The Sausages, Sun Wing Pirate 777, Cresta Climax BONUS Mario plushie, talking Pikachu figure, Milton-Bradley Logic 5 LED game (1977). Amusing Anecdote # 1 : when i got home i discovered the Wario Ware Touched box was empty ! I hastened back to the spot where i though i bought it, managed to find the seller and he handed me the cartridge! And while i was there, i picked up three NES controllers and the Milton Bradley LE game i missed earlier. Amusing Anecdote #2: when i unpacked the boxed (!) Gameboy Booster (a table top " docking station") i found some unexpected extra accessories and eight game cartridges! I love free stuff ![]() ![]() |
