Fleamarket finds! Not a huge lot, but the GBA-SP will nicely replace the ugly one currently in my collection.

i got the hat at Saturn, a new megastore that opened this week in my hometown. they have really good prices for games (21 euro for the Nintendo Selects range for instance) and also stock strategy guides, tshirts, baseball caps and such. Its made by Bioworld Mechandising who have a huge line of licensed (and expensive) Nintendo goodies from hats to wallets and keychains. Nice Pikachu, blake. you dont see them too often in collections for some reason - but ive got both versions of course Edited by Mk II, Oct 2 2011, 01:40 PM.

Tbh I don't know much about the Gb bootleg cartridge The cart itself is slightly larger than normal as it doesn't fit in the console as well.on the front of the cart at the top it has the word GAME instead of Nintendo Gameboy & there's no gamebit on the back to open it up. Some of the games included are terminator 2,the punisher, cliff hanger, dragon slayer & battle city. I also own a GBA bootleg cart with 153 games on including Mario sisters & a few other hacks as well as some genuine games like DK,Galaxian & Pacman ![]() If anybody else knows more about these carts please let me know Nice finds Heinrold nice Gameboy colour. |

Welcome to our little cult, please allow me to pour you some Kool Aid. Actually it's a good time to get acquainted with the franchise before Armored Core 5 is release sometime next year. AC2 is fun as a single-player game and the split-screen mode isn't bad either. Hopefully you have a mate to play it with? |

ive got bunch of those multi-carts for the NES and one or two for the Gameboy. usually, they dont offer what they promise re. the number or variety of games. Featured games are often hacks or inferior rips of the real thing, with levels or game modes missing etc. No game saves either. They're often sold for quite high prices but they are certainly not worth it IMHO |

I've never played any of the armored core series grizz but after I've given it a bit of time I will let you know my thoughts on it. I'm sure I will enjoy it.@MK your right about the poor quality of multi carts although there are a few games reasonably reproduced on the GBA cart but because of the lack of save files its pointless playing them

Those bootleg carts are interesting nonetheless, since they show how much space a single game would be able to utilize, if it were 86 times the size. Nice find

If you should need any help putting together a mech or understanding some terminology don't hesitate to ask. Armored Core can be a little overwhelming until you come to grips with the controls and the customization aspect of the game so be patient. |

I just went to Goodwill today and picked up this third party PlayStation controller for two dollars. It has a turbo feature and no analog sticks. There were two PSOne controllers in the bin (white ones with analog sticks) but I already have one of those. I mainly just wanted to test out the turbo in a game but I don't have anything worth trying it with). |

I'm trying to snatch-up all the game guides put out by Brady Games for the GTA series, they put out a lot of 'em. Each game takes at least 35 hours to complete 100%. So if you got the guides, it can hopefully be done somewhere near that mark! lol. There's no way I'm gonna try and get full completion on every GTA game, although I'm determined for GTA III, GTA IV, and the next GTA V. In my opinion those each mark the beginning of the next era and style of gameplay. So far I've got two of seven. Just curious, has anybody here completed a GTA game 100%? What a challenge...If you've completed a final fantasy or pokemon gameboy game 100%, then you deserve a metal also. So lengthy, you gotta have determination and willpower, lol. I've completed Vice City and GTA IV to 100%. I almost did Gay Tony (just needed the mission meta games and one or two mini games) and I'm pretty sure I did Lost and the Damned. I know I did the other two though. |

Today my copy of MLB Power Pros 2008 for the PS2 arrived. I ordered it from Amazon because they had it brand new for just $9.27 shipped. Ironically, I was inspired to buy this game after getting King of Pro Baseball for the N64. Did a little research and MLB Power Pro 2008 gets glowing reviews and has a large following. |

A Tale Of Two Sellers Today i visited my weekly fleamarket but the pickings were very slim indeed. I spotted a Super Mario Bros 3 cartridge and asked the seller for his price. "5 euro" he said. "Can you do four?" i asked. He nearly exploded with anger! So i quickly paid him 5 and moved away while he was still ranting and cussing. Anyway, i decided to make another round through the stalls to see if i didnt miss something the first time around. Then i spotted a somewhat familiar shape, half hidden in a box full of cassette tapes, and picked it up. It was a loose MSX ROM cartridge. MSX ROMS are very rare to find and can be quite valuable. Careful examination of the box turned up two other loose carts and one CIB cartridge. Plus four games for the Sega Master System. I approached the seller and he said "they are 5 euro per game". Eight games would make 40 euro, way more than i wanted to pay. I hesitated to make an offer, mumbling "thats expensive for a bunch of very old games" and then he said "I'll take 10 euro's for the lot". I swiftly paid the man and never looked back... Sega Master System The Ninja (CIB), Ghostbusters (CIB), Wonder Boy (CIB), Aztec Adventure (boxed). MSX Roms Hole In One, Rollerball, Hyper Sports 2, Mopiranger (CIB) NES Super Mario Bros 3 ![]() Edited by Mk II, Oct 8 2011, 03:20 AM.

there is often stuff hidden in boxes under the tables as you probably know but it was just my gut instinct to make another round (avoiding the aggressive first seller of course!). People were still unpacking their merchandise so i thought it was worth a shot. |
