I got 2 new shelves today! now I only need 1 more I think and I will be good to go!

A nice tall book shelf would be good now, so I can display my boxed systems and such.

on the shelves I got today, I put my gamecube games, wii games, ps3 games, ps1 games, xbox games, xbox 360 games, gameboy boxes, super nintendo carts, and my blue rays.

Picked up
Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing for £3.74 in the Steam Sonic Sale
Posted Image

Enjoying it alot so far, using my Xbox 360 controller with it. Feels EXACTLY like a dreamcast game (Even down to the fact that it uses the same buttons even as a dreamcast game) so its kinda a shame I can't use that controller with it.

Just tried searching for adapters to use Dreamcast controllers on PC, and they seem to not exist whatsoever. The Xbox 360 controller is almost the same as DC ones though, only difference is the analog stick(s) and the L and R triggers anyways.

I know you used to be able to get them for older consoles like the PS2, Maybe a Dreamcast to PS2 to PS2 to PC? although the daisy link may cause issues...

Went ahead and placed a order with gamestop over the weekend for the BG2G1.
These games are the best condition I ever got used games from gamestop. All are complete mint.
Me and my friends think I got new games converted to used.

Spent exactly $50 on all 3 games. Not bad for the PSP titles I got. Pretty sought after titles. To get the two games new on amazon would have been $70. And my games are as good as new condition just missing the factory wrapper.

I was kind of expecting a trip to my local gamestop for artwork/missing manuals.

I'm waiting for summer to go back to retro games. All the deals are at flea markets and garage sales. Even though I live in FL those get active over summer. Buying retro games online like craigslist or any kind of gaming forum is usually over priced and as close to retail price as you get.

In the last week I've managed to swap some junk out my loft for:

Version one Sega Mega Drive with 2 controllers and 3 games, Cool Spot, Micro Machines and Super Hang On.

NES with 2 controllers, Super Mario 2, TMHT/TMNT (Boxed), Donkey Kong Classic, World Cup (Boxed), Marble Madness (Boxed), Snake Rattle and Roll (Boxed), Gremlins 2 and Super Mario/Duck Hunt

and as I already had TMHT/TMNT (Boxed) and Snake Rattle and Roll (Boxed), I've swapped them both for Sonic 2 CIB and Sonic 3 cart only.

Not bad for the price of £0 :D
