perhaps... lets hope so! but this bunch was sold to a mother of two little kids.

Just sold two SNES carts to two lovely ladies (mums strike again!): Super Mario World and Mortal Kombat.
Another easy pickup deal, despite the snowy conditions :yeah:

I always list my stuff the cheapest BIN's on ebay, regardless of condition. (i do take into account if its complete or not obviously) but like if the cheapest Mario Party is $22 with a ripped off label, Ill put my mint copy at $20 :)

Todays Finds:

Donkey Kong Country (cart and box) - $1 (box is better than mine, so Im upgrading)

Jet Force Gemini (complete) - $1 (box is crushed)
Star Wars Shadow Of The Empire (box and cart) - $1 (i already had a manual, but not a boxed copy)
Paper Mario (cart) - $2
Mario 64 (cart) - $2
Donkey Kong 64 (cart) - $1
Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness (cart) - $1 (UPDATE* Sold for $10 in a bundle with Asteroids 64)
Asteroids 64 (cart) - $1 (UPDATE* Sold for $10 in a bundle with Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness)

also a bunch of really common PS1 games for $1 each including Crash Bash, Looney Toons Racing, Tomb Raider 1, 2, and 3, Bugs Life, etc...

N64:
$3.85 - FIFA '99
$5.85 - Robotron 64
$7.85 - RUSH 2
$6.85 - Wheel of Fortune

$6.85 - UltraRacer 64

Genesis:
$3.85 - Crue Ball

TOTAL: $35.10

By the way, I have been looking for Crue Ball for six years now. I f***ing LOVE Motley Crue! Also, the UltraRacer 64 took me friggen forever to figure out how to set the buttons. The damn thing wouldn't work for like, two hours. Searching online got me to only one helpful site, which was still kind of difficult to understand since the guy mixed up the button and function in his description.

New in box, complete with letter from Club Nintendo and all the trimmings.
The box got slightly crushed on one side in transit but nothing too serious.

the silkscreen printing looks a bit scuffed here but thats just the scan, it''s actually fine.

I get a find like that at least once a week, just don't post them publicly. Not always N64, but when you collect 7 systems, you're bound to find some goodies.

Here's one you'd appreciate ddr.

Sealed Gold Controller $25

http://www.ebay.com/itm/330670408099?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Sell for $150

http://www.ebay.com/itm/170771866614?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649

It might seem like I spend a lot of money in the hobby, but it's only because I generate a lot of money through finds. Collecting for free is the best way :)

Dude, and people say that I'm on eBay all the time... that listing lasted under 5 minutes (3 minutes and 22 seconds to be exact) before you used the Buy-It-Now after the seller posted it. I'm a bit erked/annoyed because my standard eBay search criteria would've picked up that same auction had the timing been right.

Just for reference, here is a small example of supply + demand:

- On Jan 28th, 2011 one of the first sealed Gold N64 controllers showed up. I won the auction at $208.59 using a last second snipe (shipping included)
- June 19th, 2011 I saw one listed for $95 and picked it up using Buy-It-Now ($105.76 after shipping)
- Jan 11th, 2012: jonebone uses Buy-It-Now for the same controller for $24.99 ($34.44 after shipping)
- Jan 27th, 2012: jonebone sells it using Buy-It-Now for $149.99 ($159.98 after shipping)

The sealed Gold version is the most commonly found one on eBay. Still annoys me to this day how much I paid for the first one considering how abundant and frequently they show up these days (roughly 1 new one posted every other week)

I have ways of being on eBay BINs without actually sitting there staring at the screen clicking refresh every second. 3 minutes is actually a long time for a good BIN, most things listed during peak hours are gone by the 50 second mark. And considering it takes about 45-48 seconds to post to BINs from the moment it is listed, they fly in a matter of seconds.

You should see twobrothersgames / cjmarq2345. I think it is two guys, one who just refreshes for about 6 hours straight, and the other who lists. They're always on during peak listing hours, evening times, especially Sunday.

I'm able to get ones during normal business hours when I'm at the computer and surfing forums or what not. I don't get much listed in the evenings though.
