Moq_it_uq, you own Resident Evil 2 for the N64 but have never played it? You should give it a try. It's a really great game.

I also have REmake. Should they be played in order, or does that not matter so much?

If you feel like being a completist, you could get REmake, RE2, RE3, RE: Code Veronica and RE4 for Gamecube.

What about RE 0? That one not as good as the rest?

RE 0 is, in my opinion, one of the best in the series.

Well this isn't a game but I just bought a Sega Arcade Power Stick II for my MegaDrive. It works really well, I tried it out with Streets of Rage and Golden Axe. Takes me back to my arcade years. :D Here's a picture of the model below (not the one I own, just a random picture):

Picked up Black for the Xbox today. Got through the first three levels, and so far it rocks.

Black's really good fun. It's short but as you progress through the game you'll notice that each level is better than the last one you played. And the weapons are just

I got the Xbox version of Time Splitters 2 today. Used to own the GC version, but sold it. Then I bought a copy again later... and then eventually sold it. >_<

But this time I'm keeping it forever. Seriously.

TS2 was a pretty fun game. I unlocked pretty much every little thing in that game. It was loads of fun though I had no friends interested in the multiplayer.

Got Pokemon Diamond for DS yesterday; it plays pretty much the same as the other Pokemon games. I'd hoped that the DS Pokemon games would be a bit different but the touch screen is only used to select moves and items. :-/ I quite liked the original Pokemon games for GBA but ten years on maybe it's time they changed the formula a bit...

You still had hope that they'd change the formula, even on a new system? The games still sell millions, so don't expect any major changes anytime soon.

Just got Moral Kombat Armageddon. It's mildly disappointing. You have to wonder when in the planning did someone say "Motor Kombat!" and someone else said "Freaking hilarious -- let's do it!"

How's Halo 3? Im getting it in a couple days.

It will probably be great but not as good as it's hyped up to be. Just like Halo 2.

I will say that the original Halo was amazing though.

The game is an evolution of the previous games, kinda like like Halo 2 was; there's no major changes in gameplay. But there are some very well thought out additions and some great new features. Ignore the fanboy hype and you'll find an enjoyable game and one of the most expertly crafted and playtested FPS's to date.

When I've finished the game (I'm on the fifth level so far) I'll post my full impressions in my Gamespot blog:

I bought Sonic The Hedgehog(360) and about two weeks after that...XBox 360 Elite! It is the rock. Not to mention that I bought a white GameStop controller(which is a small model, for my nephews/nieces/cousins), which rocks. I'm obviously using the Black Cordless, simply because it fits better. Can't wait for my computer and XBox Live...
