Found a fair deal, I am a fan of Microsoft's old clunky duke.
$70 for a great condition CIB Xbox launch model, included with 18 games some of the best titles on the console.

I bought a brand new copy of Dragon's Dogma for PS3 on eBay today and then was delighted to find out that if you pre-ordered The Last Story from Amazon it would come with a bonus 44 page art book, kind of like Xenoblade Chronicles did. I was also able to get $10 bucks off and free shipping due to getting one of their amazon.com credit cards. $40 total!

Whats a Lodgenet controller?

Lodgenet is an American hotel chain that used to offer "pay per play" N64 games in their rooms.
The system used custom controllers with some extra buttons and a different connector.
They are not compatible with standard N64 consoles but i understand somebody is working on a hardware hack that would solve that issue

yes. remixed versions of the game music.
Interesting tidbit: tracks 16-29 are blank lasting four seconds each. They lead into hidden track 30

Nirvana--Nevermind, track 99(?) Classic. (Apparently called "Endless, Nameless" but I always thought it was called "Boot in Your Face", but I digress).

I'm old enough to remember when even cassettes had hidden tracks on them. Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill had an a cappella track called "Your House" several seconds after the last song on the tape. I remember fast forwarding my new tapes at the end of each side to see if anything was hidden on there.

Anyway, I received brand new copies of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and Final Fantasy XIII-2 w/bonus novella in the mail today. Both are for Xbox 360.

Got all of this at the flea market the other day. Also got a US copy of ISS 2000 (since it didn't feel right only owning a PAL copy of the game), and a US copy of ISS 64. Those two aren't pictured.

Controller Collecting Extraordinaire
I actually received this a couple of weeks ago in the mail... won an auction on Y! Japan for a very nice boxed console set. It was missing some bags inside and the A/V plugs, but everything else looked brand new and the box was very clean.

Posted Image

For those who are wondering... no, I'm not collecting every boxed system. Only the rarer ones because I know the value is going up and I want to make sure I have the harder to get ones (Japanese) in my hands/collection. I now have the Jusco, Daiei Hawks, Clear Black, Midnight Blue, and Gold Japanese consoles complete-in-box.

This title variant always puzzles me. How's this for a weird incestuous love triangle -

Posted Image

All three titles are made by the French company Ubisoft.

Racing Simulation - Monaco Grand Prix is an English game (UKV)
Monaco Grand Prix - Racing Simulation 2 is a European release (This box is in French and Italian) but the game instructions are in 6 languages (including English) and this game is exactly the same as Racing Simulation - Monaco Grand Prix , odd right? Nope, it gets weirder.

Then there's Racing Simulation 2 which is the sequel to the above game(s), but as far as I know it was never released in the UK, nor can I find one in English. Hmmm.... my head hurts!

I could rattle on further but I think I need to lie down now.
