It's nice to see another F-Zero fanatic!

Hey, wouldn't this have been cool?!

* Too bad it's not a real possibility. :(

im always looking, thats how. the familiar bomb shape caught my attention from the corner of my eye.
Nintendo-themed candy has suddenly made an appearance here in the Netherlands, back in the old days we never got to see stuff like that.
BTW: this sort of candy can be bought online, in particular in the States, for very little money. there are a lot of varieties, you could start a whole new collection.

ETA: sold a Megaman II cartridge (NES) and made a tiny profit.

that's exactly the bob-omb my girlfriend bought me some days ago when she was at the big shopping mall ^^ i think it cost 1€... and if you can get it easily in germany, it should be even easier to get it in the USA, so simply watch out :yeah:
:n64: = :)

the fleamarkets are almost deserted this weekend, everybody's on holiday except me. Slim pickings!
Just a box with 48 mini Pokemon figurines and this dapper duo:
Posted Image
Fully articulated Venom (cf. Spiderman) figure by Toy Biz (2008) and a poseable Power Ranger figure by Bandai (2001).
The seller had more Power Rangers and some Batman figures but the price was a bit higher than usual and i didnt buy them. Now i regret that i didnt put in an offer for the whole box.

these were only 2,50 euro each but im not an action figure collector and this kind of stuff is just something i like to pick up when it is really really cheap like 50 cents or 1 euro tops.
and when you buy a box full @ 2,50 each it is quite a bit of money in the end... it all adds up. But i should have negotiated a better price and bought the other Power Rangers

sweet indeed! I think pins are my favorite promotional item... you can actually use them without wear or damage and you can proudly display them everywhere you go.

UPDATE added the first Princess Peach pin to my collection

My gameroom is an un-organized mess with far too many much stuff vying for attention.
Guess it is a reflection of my personality :)

Whoaaaaaaaa... :coffee: => :w00t:

The line of Game boy colors and stack of SP's made me do a double take staring at my laptop!

That's pretty awesome, but the disorganization actually suits well here, because all the plushies manage to distract you with how cool they are.. lol.

ITS JUST SO... AWESOME!

I love that fat pikachu rubber mold, it's look like those miniature buddha statues you see sometimes in Chinese restaurants.. :rofl:

Also is that a cloth banana sleeve for an n64 controller? What the heck where'd that come from?

And also what'd that perfect dark poster come out of?

yes, thats a cloth banana sleeve. think i got the controller + sleeve from Coorsy here on this forum. the sleeves are pretty rare but do crop up from time to time.

like i said, the Perfect Dark and WipeOut posters came from "N64 Magazine", a UK monthly from way back when... there used to be at least 4 or 5 N64 titles in the UK at that time.
I picked up a whole stack of "vintage" mags at a local fleamarket and some of them came with original posters.

I have 3 of those banana sleeves. 2 of which I'll probably end up selling. Those sleeves come in 3 different variations: DK64 banana yellow, DK64 banana green, and a regular black one that just says Nintendo 64 on it. I have 1 green sleeve but don't have the black one.
