It's the original album on vinyl, with unique inner sleeve illustrated with Pac-Man game patterns. The album features eight classic arcade game inspired songs like the title track, "Froggy's Lament" and of course the unforgettable "Do The Donkey Kong!". It is easy to forget (or not even be aware of) what a phenomena arcade video games was due to the release of Pac-man (1980), then Ms. Pac-Man (1981), Frogger (1981) and Donkey Kong (1981). Arcades were staples of any decent mall and were a teenage hangout. Heck, my supermarket even had Pac-man and Kong machines at that time. And then there was this unlikely chart-topper that every pop radio station in my area (greater NYC) gave significant play. Those were really the reason, IMHO, that the NES/famicom came to fruition (and into our family rooms). Nice grab, MkII!

One of the stands was cracked though but is working anyway. I will definitely stick with the FFVII figures that come in boxes and not from Hong Kong in the future.

Member #381 Joined: November 7, 2010	as some of you already know, ive had the privillege to visit the Nintendo Benelux headquarters (which happens to be located just a few blocks away from my house) when my pre-release DS had some problems. I was very excited of course but i have to tell you it was very office-like with nary a Mario or Link in sight! They did sit me down in a room with some display cabinets but to be honest my own collection is much more impressive. Of course most (if not all) local Nintendo HQ's dont do any programming, its just marketing, distribution and tech support. Sorry to crush your dreams... Edited by Mk II, Feb 29 2012, 01:50 PM.

Edition at my local gameshop today but it wasnt listed yet in their systems so i couldn't. bummer! But the friendly shop assisant had a small surprise gift for me... an official Skyward Sword promo keychain he got from their Nintendo rep. Made from "enameled" metal and quite large with a wingspan of approx. 4 inch Hard to scan so it doesnt look as good here as in real life: That Skyward Sword keychain is too cool! Nes collection: Adventure of Lolo Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril Can't wait for the sequel! Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers Duck Tales Kirby's Adventure Legend of Zelda (Gold) Little Nemo the Dream Master Mega Man 2 Ninja Gaiden II the Dark Sword of Chaos Punch-Out!! Startropics Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt Super Mario Bros. 3 Tetris (Nintendo) Zelda II: TheAdventure if Link All of these are loose and majority of them are not beaten, but I do really like the NES.
