On the topic of Wii U's getting overheated and fried, I became worried about mine when my kids would leave it on after playing. Even after a 1 hr racing session, my wii u would feel a bit warm. So I ordered one of these, and after about 3 weeks or so, it seems to be working as designed: There is definitely some fan noise, but I do like the glowing blue light and the shape is perfect.

With two different fans in series (and just one under CPU control), weird things could happen with the airflow and AFAIK this could even lead to less ventilaton/cooling.

I agree and was concerned with that. But I can tell you that my Wii U is cool to the touch now. Before adding the external fan, it definitely felt warm to the touch after as little as an hour of use.

There will be some fighting elements missing but the characters, world and music should compensate that.

The game looks quite repetitive so not sure if it will be my thing. I've preordered Bayonatta 2 collectors edition but I'm worried that it maybe too repetitive too but we'll see. Is anyone going to buy watch dogs on the Wii U? I waited and didnt buy it on Xbox one so I could see what the special features on the game pad would be, seems that'll be nothing but a let down though. Todays update brings folders to the Wii U which is a good thing in my opinion.

WIND WAKER HD THAT WAS ON GAMECUBE FIRST?! That doesn't make sense to me that it only works in smash. Don't get me wrong I'm glad it works because I love the GCN controller on smash but still.
