Stinger is our resident MMA instructor. Doing jiu jitsu would be great. I've found getting involved in touch footy is pretty good to keep fit. |

If you are interested in Martial Arts I can make some recommendations. I have been a Martial artist for 17 years, and an instructor for 13 years. Brazilian JJ is great, Muay Thai, and Wing Chun Kung Fu are all amazing. Kick Boxing, Submission Wrestling, and Judo are also good. If you can find a school that teaches a blend of the above, you get the best of all worlds. Krav Maga and Philipino (sayoc, kali, escrima, arnis) styles are also good and practical. |

I used to do Nunchaku, but because that club was moving to a location far away I stopped doing that, After nunchaku I went 3 years on Billiards! (Carambole) yeah thats a big difference huh.. Because all the ranking/classes are mixed, when I was pretty skilled, some matches where versus 12 year old peeps who only need 15 points, when I need 60+- Now what is the fun to that... so I /quit that also. Then I went to a special event in the Netherlands where they show all of the fancy stuffs which is around. There I saw an arcade with DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) This is not really a sport but heck I enjoyed it. Becuase you move alot, and there tournaments and sort. you can call it a sport =) eventually I was (and still am) kinda good at it, did some tournaments,, lost/won some and I am still playing stepmania =p (only on extreme hardcore mode) |
