Not sure mate. I know PayPal will usually go with the buyer 99% of the time. If you've listed as damaged and that's his reason for a refund then I think you might be right. But in saying that PayPal usually find a way to screw the seller. Hope it sticks mate, I've bought stuff before then read the description after. I didn't whine about it though I made a mistake and had to live with it. I think he should be doing the same

sorry I meant to say bias the buyer yeah dude iv have done the same. it's not even about the money I'm more concern about my feedback and reputation I pride in my 100% positive now it's 98.6 will it ever go back to 100% I don't go on eBay to rip people off I expect 100% when I buy and give the same when I sell. |

There will always be idiots in the world mate. Hopefully you can get it sorted. You may have to eat the negative feedback, but it can be revised if the buyer agrees, otherwise just note your response to his feedback with what actually happened. If I see people with negative feedback I usually check it out and mostly they would have written something to rebut the negative they have received. Good luck mate

if it's listed as part and not working. he shouldnt get his money back. however, paypal are scumbags, they piss off sellers alot lately and you have to fight like crap to get your money back. call them and prove your points. I once lost a case when I said my games were once soaked and smelled water a bit from a guys who filed a claim about the same reason and I lost, total nonsense. |

If the phone was listed as parts or not working then the buyer should have no expectation that the phone would be functional. In theory PayPal\eBay should side with you because the items condition accurately described the item, but then again PayPal is one of the worst money sucking corporations with absolutely no regard for decency or fairness. They tend to do whatever will be most financially beneficial to them, so I wouldn't hope for too much. Just try to fight the dispute and see how it goes. |

Sounds like 90% of the idiots I deal with on eBay. Just be honest with eBay and they should help you out
