I'd imagine most of you can walk through the belts no problem with a CAW (Create a wrestler) on expert mode. It's really not much of a challenge. First part of the challenge is to get the WWF Heavyweight championship with a stock character (I used Steve Austin) and win all your matches, and take the belt from one of your CAWs. That's harder than you think. I pretty much made my CAW god-like, so at one point, it took me a good 15 minutes to take my own character down. At one point, I gave him three stunners, he still kicked out! Second part, get the WWF Heavyweight championship... with a weak female character (No Lita or China). All of her parameters must be '1' across the board. I'm on this part right now, and I'm using Stephanie MacMahon. Ohh and all of this must be done on expert mode ![]() I'll let everyone know how I fair with part two. Just starting it now. |

I'm in a handicap match against Road Dogg and X-Pac now. It's pretty hard, since I usually use my CAW's aerial moves like a mofo. Stephanie MacMahon jumps less than a meter. It's pretty hilarious to press A+B when you have your special to do the other persons move. Nothing quite like powerbombing Viscera, lol. |

i love this game! these challenges seem pretty hard, I have never gotten 100% in all the titles! VPW2 is the best ever IMO, but this one is the best looking/gameplay one of the franchise |

Good chance. I remember years after this game was released. The big selling feature of the "new" wrestling games was that if you used submission moves on a character's neck, they would start holding their neck and their neck would be weaker. No Mercy did that, years ago, lol. I haven't played any of the new ones, no desire to own any newer consoles. That was a japanese exclusive title wasn't it? Edited by Epro, Aug 26 2014, 10:01 AM.

yes but it works on NTSC (if you swap the back half of it) it is better than No Mercy in many ways including EDITY mode (because you can create masks) Edit AI, talk trash on the mic on command! and much more, it is pure wrestling and the very first MMA game ever (with dozens of legendary dudes) Its like a WM2000 on steroids, No Mercy is however the most complete in gameplay (moves wise) |

i found some funny saved CAW on my game and the previous owner had also edited all the characters the darkest skin tone the game would allow |

match: Triple H (me) vs. The Rock. Why this match? Back in 2000 I was the biggest Triple H fan around (I liked, and continue to like, bad guys in wrestling), and his seminal opponent back then was The Rock. But unlike the recent 2K games, which can feel more like disparate rounds of Street Fighter II, playing No Mercy feels more like storyboarding a film.
