You know, I've played very few console FPS games since GoldenEye and Perfect Dark. Not because they are lesser games, but because I fear if I get too used to dual analog controls, it will dull my GoldenEye skills.

Haha. It's seriously a point of stress when I start playing a game like Halo... and i feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it. I have to put the game down for a while.
On emulators, you can actually configure the Perfect Dark controls to a dual stick controller- left stick body, right stick head. It messed up aiming though. I haven't tried it with goldeneye, but it's probably just the same.
I have to say, it made me wish for a dual-stick N64 controller. As much as I love my 25 N64 controllers, the dual-stick controllers are just better-designed, at least for first person shooters. -And dual sticks are better when they're the same size (cough gamecube cough).
