Good idea!

The Tetris and bio sensor were in 2 different boxes. They were not in one big box as far as I am aware.

There are a couple missing, if you are also counting the Japanese releases.

Mario Kart NTSC-J (With black/grey controller)
Choro Q NTSC-J (with model car kit)
Perfect Dark NTSC-J (with boxed expansion pak)

There is also Mario no photopi

Hey You Pikachu, Pokemon Stadium, Starfox 64 also got a big box NTSC-J release

There might be others I have forgotten!

Don't forget about the Legend of Zeldas:

Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask both have Brazilian big box collector's editions with their Player's Guide bundled.

Also the Majora's Mask Adventure Set was limited to 1,000 copies in Europe only.

yes, but it was a display thing only.

I wouldnt count Gauntlet as Big Box. it's the same size as a normal box.

Those "Big Boxes" are the Target Preorder exclusives, and there are 5 of them. Glover is the most common, but they exist for DK64, Zelda OOT, Kobe Bryant 2 and Banjo Kazooie as well.

I have the full set which can be seen and documented here.

I'll update the list with your guy's suggestions as soon as I get home. Keep them coming! Maybe we can discuss each box's rarity too and add a rarity meter?

Italia, you were pretty much the only person who had good pics! Your N64 collection ranks as one of the best my man.

Thank you once again scooter! Australia always surprises me with the obscure stuff they have. I think I added all the double play stuff. I also ran out of image space for the first post. :(

I think I added all the double play stuff.
The first release was simply called Double Play and it features both the Player's Choice release of F-1 World Grand Prix and Star Wars Episode I: Racer:

I'd consider the Press Kits in their own separate category. There is one for Conkers, Perfect Dark and some other N64 generic ones.

I agree with jonebone there but I do think press kits deserve a thread of their own or even a guide, because they're very very cool. :D

Updated the list with the last double play box.

Good work! :yeah:

A correction: in Brazil the games are NTSC, no PAL-M.

Well, I can say that here (in Brazil), in addition of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Big Box) and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (Big Box)
-"Recalling" that both games were also released with common boxes, too-

You can add:
Donkey Kong 64 (with expansion pak)
Pokemon Stadium (with transfer pak)
Star Fox 64 (with rumble pak)
Star Wars - Episodio I - Racer (with game guide)

If it helps... of course! Excuse the intrusion.

It's great to get feedback straight from the source! I'll go ahead and fix the region code. I'm a little puzzled though, were there some games there that were PAL-M? Or was PAL-M just the video signal used for your N64 consoles?

Also, do you have any pictures of the 4 Brazil variants you posted? I can't seem to find any for the guide..
