Hallo jongens en meisjes! Hello boys and girls!

My name is Robert and I live in the center area of Holland.

Without any reason, I started collecting cib. Japanese Nintendo 64 games arround the late '90s. I guess one explanation could be because my friends and me couldn't wait for the PAL/European release in 1996 so we all got Japanese import N64 consoles at that time.

I am currently at 99/198, 50%, so a good reason to start a topic :)

Groetjes/greetings from Holland!

Here are some pictures:

Hello again! Long time, no posts ^_^

I want to become more active on this forum. 1 of the reasons is that last month I finished my Japanese Nintendo 64 games collection. Sadly it's only the cartridges, with 8 of the 196/198 I am missing the box+manual. But still in the hunt for them! Maybe I can share some info on Japanese Nintendo 64 games when needed, but I am sure there are a lot people better qualified for this.

In my current house I have no way to display them nicely, but I am moving soon and I want to put the games in a nice open closet.

Through my years of collection I got a lot of doubles, I would like to sell those eventually, but I am restricted from selling them here.(I don't know why but I am guessing because I am a newbie ;)

Welcome back Digital. And yes, it's because of your status. Stick around awhile and the red carpet might just roll out for you. In the meantime, you'll probably get a kick out of the Got it Made? thread due to your proclivity for collecting from Japan.....

Welcome back Digital. Excited to hear about the doubles...I'm not looking to collect every Japanese games but there are still a few exclusives that have caught my eye. More importantly though, I hope you are able to get back involved and have a good time. We have a really good community here :)

Hi!

Small update. There are 2 games underway from Japan and when they arrive my Japanese Nintendo 64 game collection will be at 197/198. This includes all games have a cart, box and manual. (I agree with John Hangcock this is not "cib")

The game missing is King of Pro Baseball 2. Actually I am missing only the box and manual for this game, I have the cart allready.

When the 2 games arrive I will make a picture :yeah:

Greetings from Holland :mario:

Thanks! Here is the shelf-candy:

I "kinda" put them in alphabetic order, with some tweaks here and there. Ai Shogi 3 and Bomberman 2001 are incoming from Japan, but for this picture I replaced them with the Shindou versions of Super Mario 64 and Waverace. The only game missing is King of Baseball 2 and in this picture I replaced it with Pokemon Snap.(can you spot it? ;) )

From the 64DD collection I am missing Doshin the Giant 2 and Golf, but as the same with King of Baseball 2 these are just too expensive..
