eBay returns on a fake game?

I was browsing through eBay earlier this week, and bidded on a GBA game. I won it, and relatively cheaply! :)

But the bad part is that upon further inspection of the pictures, the cartridge is a fake. The game hasn't arrived yet, and I plan to return it when it arrives, but there isn't a section that it directly aligns with to my knowledge.

Does anyone know where a counterfeit cartridge goes? Thanks.

If this is under the wrong section, sorry. I was debating between Other Video Games and Social Board.

Item not as described. I think that says it best. It was presented as authentic, it's not.

Good luck. eBay/PayPal I think will usually side with the buyer on these sorts of things. Not without a few headaches and lots of waiting first though.

There is a "not authentic" section in the ebay return form under "item not as described", so just use that.

eBay will favour the buyer in 99% of cases, I'm sure there is something in eBays guidelines against selling counterfit products.

Report it as fake

As a bonus you'll probably keep the game too

That dude
Like others have said it should be a pretty easy refund as eBay usually sides with the buyer.
