What is the most underrated N64 music? Mine is the Mayan Temple music from Banjo Tootie. "Come and have a go, if you think your tough enough"
I played all the way through Banjo-Tooie for the 3rd time in 2011 just because I heard that music and got the urge to play.

There are SO many! I don't know where to start.
Wave Race had some excellent ones.
Starfox 64/Lylat Wars had plenty.
And then there is the International Superstar Soccer menu music! 😍

Everything from Snowboard Kids. Probably the most melodious OST on the 64.
Big Snowman, Night Highway and Grass..Valley was it?
Those were my favourite music from that game.
Oh! And the shop/board select music!

And now that I remember and have been playing through Turok: Dinosaur Hunter I've rediscovered how great that music is!
Not a hell of a lot of variety, but bloody hell those driving drumming beats set the atmosphere and get you right in the mood!
And the underwater music.
