F-Zero X graphics underrated?

At the time the graphics were blasted somewhat due to the game focusing on 60 frames framerate which was amazing during that era.

Playing the game now is really a nice looking game with 30 cars with some effect textures and also a rock solid 60 frames face melting speed. I mean Iíve played tons of other N64 racers with more ďdetailedĒ that looked far uglier IMO. Usually with bland textures, boxy cars, tons of fog and worst of all really bad framerate.

F-Zero might not be the Banjo Kazooie of racers but when you combine itís number of vehicles on screen with the framerate I think itís really one of the most underrated looking games of that gen.
