PS3 Mass Effect Mass Effect 3: Citadel DLC PS4 Destiny: Rise of Iron Titanfall 2 Wii U Super Mario 3D World Mass Effect 3: Special Edition 3DS Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright PS Vita Uncharted: Golden Abyss Killzone Mercenary Xbox One Halo 5: Guardians Easily one of the best games I've played in a long time. Scratched that itch that Infinity Ward games used to (not a surprise given Respawn essentially is Infinity Ward 2). Probably the only movement/mechanics system that I'd rank with Destiny on the top. Given how cheap it is now, I'd especially recommend it. |

Growing up I didn't have a SNES so only played this a handful of times on a friends console. Can't believe it took me so long to get around to this one. So frustrating in places but always made me want to try "just one more time" EDIT: just completed MArio 3 for the NES (VC), one thing that I learnt is that I am no where near as good at gaming as I was as a kid. had to use saves states lol

Finished the first WiiU game of the year. Pikmin 3! Never got to play it on the Gamecube and always wondered what the hype was about, and now I see. Really like it! It took me 35 ingame days or 17 reallife hours (to the minute!) to complete it. Also killed 1026 pikmin on my playthrough, only to end with 103 still alive. Time to add more games to the list NES Ninja Gaiden - Meader and I played this game straight for 18 hours and about 14 of those hours were on the last stages 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and three boss fights. Normally in the game when you die you go back to the beginning of the stage your on. If you lose to the boss the game sends you all the way back to 6-1... oh yea you don't get your health back before fighting the boss and you have to fight 3 bosses... long and hard game, lives up to its rep. @Kamikaze Pikmin is a great series, number 3 was a bit short in my opinion but still enjoyed it. |

I've probably done one or two more than this list, but off the top of my head: Gamecube - Super Mario Sunshine - I had never actually played Gamecube until recently. When it came I out, I was heading into the Navy and never made time. Glad I picked this up, it's awesome. N64 - Bomberman 64 - One of my fav's from when I was a kid, I beat this with surprising speed. Every level was just as I remember it. The only other game I can honestly do this with is Doom (PC). N64 - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - For me, it's been way more than the seven years that passed for Link since I last played this. Can't wait to wait a few years to replay it, will probably 100% it next time. I think I ended with 60-70 gold skulltulas, 3 bottles (missing the poe one), and I didn't get whatever the third magic spell is. Ammo upgrades I'm uncertain of. Missed 12 heart pieces, I believe. |

For me it was long enough, mosly because of a lack of time tho. I prefer games on the shorter side at the moment. And, because of its relatieve short timespan, it is a great introduction into this often forgotten series. I might go for Pikmin 1 or 2 on the gamecube one day, if I can get used to the controls. Touchscreen spoiled me a bit. |

Wii - The King of Fighters '94 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '95 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '96 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '97 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '98: The Slugfest (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) Xbox 360 - Resident Evil: Revelations Xbox One - NEW Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (no continues used) Oh wow... it's been some time since I've posted a completion in here. Gotta get on the ball if I want to do better than last year. Anyway, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 has been beaten without a single continue used! Very happy to get this since I missed out on it's original Xbox 360 release. The fighting feels great although I guess calling it "baby's first fighting game" is fair (didn't stop me from liking Tatsunoko vs. Capcom so why would it here?) and Galactus is a very fitting final boss with his overpowered lasers and poking you out of existance. Overall, while I wish there were some more modes for offline (having Heroes and Heralds on the disc is cool but not enough) and better netcoding for online, I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy my time with Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Like most of my fighting games, this will definitely be getting more play time from me in the future.

Gamecube - Super Mario Sunshine N64 - Bomberman 64 N64 - The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time N64 - Mario Kart 64 - This game is a lot easier now, than when I was a kid! I don't remember the weird sway when you turn. For example, if you turn right, your kart's rear end sways out to the left and vice versa. Very helpful for grabbing item blocks... |

Knocked out Horizon: Zero Dawn yesterday, although I am continuing to take down trophies for funsies (will this be my first ever platinum?). Excellent game, up there with The Witcher III in terms of great open world action RPGs. Guerrilla Games did well with this one. Horizon: Zero Dawn - PS4 (April 6, 2017) |

Wii - The King of Fighters '94 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '95 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '96 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '97 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '98: The Slugfest (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) Xbox 360 - Resident Evil: Revelations Nintendo 3DS - NEW Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (all missions + all Boos captured) Xbox One - Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (no continues used) - NEW Mortal Kombat XL (Story + Arcade Ladder) Mortal Kombat XL and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon have been beaten! These two games are some of the best examples of their genre (fighting and action-adventure, respectively). Mortal Kombat XL tops the previous installment as my all-time favorite MK game and I appreciate the changes in this story mode more than the last (Cyber Sub-Zero rubbed me the wrong way big time). Compared to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (the last fighting game I've completed), it's also got way more content with modes and extras galore. Not to mention it was fun trading fists with horror icons like Jason Voorhees and Leatherface among others. No Krueger this time around, though. As for Dark Moon, I initially didn't like the sillier tone of the game when compared to it's creepier predecessor but I could only hold back my love for comical, light-hearted stuff for so long before everything grew on me. Even I'll admit the new ghosts have a bit more personality than the ones in the original and seeing a big, strong Slammer cower in fear as he desperately tries not to get sucked into the Poltergust 5000 never gets old. However, it's the wonderfully crafted mansions and their challenging puzzles that really make this game shine and, while I now have a deep hatred for the boss in the Secret Mine, the rest of the bosses are a fun challenge and really feel different from one another. It's a game that needs to be played by those who love puzzle solving and ghost hunting.

Agreed on it being different. A lot of people knock it for that, but I feel the mission format feels more suited to 3DS, and there's a lot of personality. |

Nintendo 64 - NEW Mischief Makers (all yellow gems collected) Wii - The King of Fighters '94 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '95 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '96 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '97 (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) - The King of Fighters '98: The Slugfest (as Fatal Fury Team) (played on The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga) Xbox 360 - Resident Evil: Revelations Nintendo 3DS - Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (all missions + all Boos captured) Xbox One - Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (no continues used) - Mortal Kombat XL (Story + Arcade Ladder) Mischief Makers has been beaten and an N64 title finally goes up on my list this year! This is truly a completionist's game as I'm not sure you'd get much out of it playing the game just to finish it. It's far too easy that way (once you get a grip on how the game works) and you don't even get a complete ending. It just... stops. However, when you try to collect all the yellow gems, that's when the game truly shines. Bosses that were interesting yet a complete pushover to beat become a legitimate threat when you have to defeat them without getting hit once (especially Migen Jr. and Cerberus Alpha) and the regular levels have fun and sneaky ways to keep the gems away from you. This has become one of my favorite platformers of all time thanks to it's likeable cast (even if most of them look like the Ghostface Killer) and one-of-a-kind mechanics. I only wish the game was much longer or got a sequel. "HELP MEEE MARINAAAAAAAA!!!"

NES Ninja Gaiden Switch Super Bomberman R - This game was alright, I let my nostalgia for Super Bomberman on the SNES get the best of me. I bought it alone on the box art and unfortunately it didn't live up to what I expected. Enemies were boring and mostly just skins of one another. boss battles were alright but often took too long and I got board of them. Game was also very short. If you see this for $10 it might be worth it but other wise its a let down to the Bomberman series. Why cant they just make a bomberman like the SNES PC Tropico 3 Tropico 4 Mobile Super Mario Run |
