Coming off the 3DS game I thought I would really enjoy this one but found it slow paced and no where near as good, which would make sense. Music was great in places though, reminded me of C64 tunes

The story was great and even the live action "tv show" was really well done with only 1 pretty bad action scene. Its a shame more people didn't give this game a chance as its really worth playing though.

I say finally because I played this years back on the 360 but couldn't pull off the victory at the end. Well, thanks to the PS4 remaster and a renewed sense of urgency, I prevailed, taking down The Joker and beginning my true journey through the Arkham series. Great game! I think their designed so well because at times I found it so hard but never wanted to give up. It was always just one more go and a great feeling when you get past the level your stuck on. Last few levels drove me a bit crazy though Time to pick up DKC 3 now I think

As a kid I never got too far so I was determined to finish the game this time around. Playing it again now I remember why, starts off great and trials off. This game got a lot of bad reviews when it came out and I can see why but I have to say I really enjoyed it. Probably has the most glitches in any game I've played recently, even more than Bulletstorm but overall it was great. It reminded me a bit of a FPS version of freedom fighters and it has a playable version of timesplitters 2 Best of all I payed 0.50p for it Edit Another 2 games beat, finished portal 1 on the PC, great game that I've finished a few times now. Also completed Germlins 2 on the NES, first NES game I've beaten in ages and the first time I have ever beaten that one. Played it on the gameboy as a kid and loved it, the unlimited continues helped though as it was a bit tricky towards the end. Edited by buddy1983, Jul 30 2017, 02:41 AM.

Took everything good about the first and improved and added Plus Steven Merchant is amazing in it, fingers crossed for a third. Also finished Darksiders on the Wii U which I enjoyed so much, it is a great game but has so many tech issues on the Wii U. Lost count of the number of times I had to force the console off due to hard crashes. Also had many missing sound effects and vocals plus really low frame rate in places. Play it but on PS4 or Xbox 1.

Just completed it and found it really boring, not a great game and one i'll probably never play again. its backwards compatible with the xbox one which is how I played it but it kept crashing and had sound issues. In places the graphics looked great but texture popping and slow loading textures really took away from the experience. Glad ID did a better job with the newest DOOM Edit I've been off work this week so got way more gaming in than I thought I would and another off the list, Sonic Generations. I've had this game for a few years and started it a couple of times but could never get into it. i gave it a proper go yesterday and managed to finish it off. Really enjoyed it once I got going but the final boss sucks. Still well worth playing and may pick up the 3DS version soon. Edit #2 I finished Ecco the dolphin over the weekend but I have to admit i had a little bit of help on the last level/boss, I cheated. The game was pretty good but extremely hard in places but the last level was so frustrating. Some may not consider it completed but I went through the whole game without cheating until the last level. I'm counting it lol Edited by buddy1983, Aug 14 2017, 06:34 AM.

Edit Wow I seem to be getting through a lot of games lately, no one else is posting Just finish Sonic lost worlds on Wii U and I really enjoyed it, tried playing it a few times but never gave it a proper chance. the game defiantly has its problems but overall its a great game and looks really good in places too. I'd say an 8/10 is fair, with one point deducted for bugs (noticeable lack of QA) and one for Chapter 4.

Timeless classic. Great kart racer. It has been quite a busy year I haven't completed as many games as I had hoped I would. But hey, I have made significant progress in my collection goal. Its very close behind RE2. What did everyone else think of it?

Completed the main "Rise of the Autocrat" missions and additional "Rise of the Victors" missions for the game HAWK: Freedom Squadrom. For those unaware of the game, it's a very good old skool Shoot 'em up, snes style with multiplayer aspects. Give it a try if you like them. Mobile HAWK: Freedom Squadrom (sept 17th) Gameboy (+GBC & GBA) Banjo Pilot (may 10th) Pokemon Blue Version (Jun 15th) Nintendo DS Pokemon HeartGold (jan 11th) Nintendo 3DS MarioKart 7 (feb 14th) Hyrule Warriors Legends (mar 14th) Pilotwings Resort (somewhere in April) Wii U Pikmin 3 (mar 30th) Need for Speed: Most Wanted U (apr 21st) Angry Birds: Star Wars (may 21st)

The last few missions were good but most of the time I kepy hoping i was playing the last mission. Didnt grip me.

A fun Police city sim where you manage your city and protect it from bad guys. Campaign was a bit long (20 hours) and it starts to feel repetitive towards the end. It mixes it up by allowing you to work with the mafia and send detectives out to solve crimes but I feel this game could have been better if it was kept to a 10-12 hour campaign. Still a very good game and I highly recommend it.
